Loved the experience. But I’m finding it hard to get someone to repair/correct a few things that was asked.

The experience with KB has been interesting. The amount of time it took to build was 11.5 months (estimated 6-9 months). The quality of some of the material was below par. Repairs have taken months to complete and I'm still dealing with repairs 2 months after closing. Overall experience was ok, but could have been better with customer service. Studio team was Excellent and took their time so I was happy.

Everyone was very accomodating and professional

The process took several months longer than discussed when signing the contract. KB refused to commit to a completion date until the day of closing. I do not like "estimated" and "we're hoping for" to control my life. We heard a lot of "possibly", "should happen", and "we don't know" as answers to our questions.

We really liked Bud. He was our initial contact with KB and unlike other builders we went to he was very down to earth and genuinely friendly. The Design studio needs to learn some things from him. Our experience with them was one that felt rushed and inconvenient to them after we were pushed a month because it snowed and they did not open for just that particular morning of our initial appointment. You should not get to treat someone as they have inconvenience you when you guys closed. Regardless of the reason. As for the actual construction process we felt it went as good as it could go with all the issues of COVID and shortages. However we did feel like the subcontractors got careless and lazy to finish out the house. I understand they were trying to get us finished up to meet our closing (which got pushed anyway) and maybe it is because of the year long warranty. The finish out just felt rushed and very much like the feeling "just get it done and if we have to come back during the warranty period we will". We get that and have been using it. But it felt like a lack of caring. Now that being said Kevin and Derek have rocked getting anything we need done. They both have been awesome and you should do what you can to keep them happy. During construction there was a lot of rain Mud tracked in on lumber also, could have subs or punch people did not clean off caked on mud Its a great house. More cleaning during Build

Eventhough I had hit a few bumps along the way building the home, Elysia my sales advisor helped me through every step. We were able to fix all the issues in my home and she kept the communication going. I'm very grateful for her help and now I get to enjoy my very first home! Thank you all KB workers for helping my home get to my expectations.

Building process took longer due to COVID and shortage of materials and workers. Overall we are happy with our new home. KB employees were absolutely fantastic!

All was good from sales to the loan but the problem I had was getting the answers I needed from the construction team when the house would be ready so I could move out of where I was living but my loan officer Jason was on point to get all my questions answered even though it was not his job

The best place to build your house and really good costumer service

The whole process was easy and smooth. Happy with our new home.

Overall good but construction delayed for months and cannot reach people at higher authority.

I love my home, it was built on time and I love the fact that I was able to communicate with the contrast needed and my questions were answered.

My sales person and super were both great!

House went up quickly. Had the winter storm not happened in Texas it would have been completed right on time. Team was helpful. I love my home.

Though the several-month construction process was frustrating in itself, the overall product came out a lot better than we had expected. After our home was finished, the construction team was very responsive to our requests to fix any issues we came across and ensured it was done correctly. The responsiveness to these issues after the construction process was quite refreshing given our experience during the construction process.

Not all options were disclosed at studio appointment. But other than that everything was great!

The KBhome studio represents are hard to reach. I’ve been leaving messages for 3 weeks. Still no response.

Time extra time in building.

The only down side was the underwriters were terrible ... aside from that every thing else was good.
