I am happy and grateful to kh and his team and myself Martin, if I would buy another house again kh is a good option.

Life happens and I had to sell my previous KB home (Kauffman & Broad back then) of almost 26 years. So now, the hunt for a new home began. I visited 3 other builders and found myself coming back to KB. Thenchoices and options outnumbered the competition and not to mention the quality of build. It's unfortunate the housing market was so hot that I overpaid for the size of house I purchased, however it was what it was. Ultimately I'm happy and hope that the rest of my neighborhood remains nice.

Overall we were happy with our home and a lot of the issues that came up were handled. However there were moments of lack of communication and delayed execution with our inspector. Issues that came up before our 30 days with Tyler have still not been handled. We remain optimistic that they will get fixed. Overall we rate the experience a 9/10.

I don’t have much to say but I’m happy for the house

It was a great experience working with KB on our home. I thought the mock up was all marketing fluff but it came out exactly as depicted. With anything in construction, there’s contracting and working with other companies. Any minor issues we experienced was mostly due to this. KB Homes has a supervisor specifically for your home to make sure everything goes according to plan. When issues crop up, they’re right there on the spot looking for a solution. We were given weekly updates and it was the coolest thing to see our home be built. 100% recommended!

I have never thought of purchasing a KH Home for myself. I work in the real estate industry and have heard a lot about how KH homes being built with lower quality, cheap and required a lot of upgrades. Knowing this, but a few things that interested me about KB homes was the community is big, mostly located in good convenience location, house square foot are large, allow buyers to chose structural and interior design upgrades that must of the average builders don’t allow especially during the Covid19 time. I have chosen a lot and a one story plan building it from scratch. Overall the building process took 8-9 months which I was expected and told by the builder. Went to select option upgrades and our house turn out very nice the way we imagined it was going to. We did find a few problems with the AC leakage, and a few other small issues after moved in, but KB has a wonderful warranty team, the warranty manager who scheduled appts and managed the vendors to come out and repaired all of the items we called out within the first two weeks after we moved in. Overall, it was a great experience and I do recommend buyers to look into buy KB homes today and plan to spend $40-$60k+ upgrade to make your house looks really nice on top of the base price given (was still great and average cost per sqt) to start. ... We purchase our house from Kb homes in Salerno because its located near to hospital,colleges,schools,and outlet. The prices is much lower than the other builders and we like the location.Its quite and peaceful.

The overall homebuying process with KB was great, I had an amazing “A-Team” with Justin and Daniel. Finish work such as drywall, paint, trim, ect. could have had a little more quality and care implemented within the work, but overall met expectations.

Timing updates were appreciated from sales and construction. Both teams were fantastic in response and addressing concerns.

After all The crazy market issues, we got our dream home through KB home Thank you Brandon , Adrian and East village KB Home team.

We could not have gotten any luckier with our KB team. Stan, Ed, and Yasmin made the entire experience seamless, we felt heard and valued throughout the process and supported during our transition to TX. Would definitely recommend KB to anyone.

Everyone was great. Still some issue with the house but Josh has been very helpful.

Overall good experience. Happy with our home. Noticed a few areas as far as craftsmanship during some of our personal changes that could have been done better or appeared to have been covered since it “would not be seen” type of coverup but otherwise not dissatisfied. Sales and loan experience were excellent and needs after the fact have been quick and responsive

The Formen in my subdivision has been very helpful and responsible on updating us from star to finishing the home and any issues related with the house . Also my Builders sales agent was very helpful keeping us informed on all aspects from star to finish the house

Process was easy, but having a hard time to get someone to come out and fix or correct issues when I get out from work. No one is willing to help other than Monday- Friday 8 am-4pm. Which is usually the same time I have to work.

Great service and help along my journey to new home ownership was great with these group on KB Team members! I truly appreciate all yall have done. Every time I have called them, they help in a timely and professional manner, and that goes a long way with me. Thank you all!!

Great growing neighborhood great location

Since we closed on our home, at first response to our issues was very good. Now it has become slower and slower, lately my email has not been responded to.

It was great, it seemed like we went from having a dream to having exactly what we wanted in a brief period. Everyone made it simple, thank you.

Problems not fixed before closing Included failure to install the garage door opener inside the garage. One was installed approximately 30 days after closing. A crack in the cement pad on the driveway noted prior to closing and photographed. Still not fixed. Damage to siding in three places is still not fixed.

Being able to pick design details really makes the home buying experience that more exciting at KB
