Everyone was great. We were buying from out of state and Stephen and Clint made sure to send us pictures weekly showing the progress of the build. Cortney was also great in working on our loan. Clint has been more than helpful post build. His response is amazing replying and addressing any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build ond/or buy.

This was the best home buying experience we've ever had. KB Homes was by our side every step of the way, through construction, financing, closing, and even after closing making sure we loved the home and everything was working as it should. I can not recommend KB Homes enough, we've been very happy. Their customer service from the top down has been nothing short of exceptional!

Everyone was personable and friendly. The experience was really great and even though we lived 4 hours away everyone kept us updated special thanks to Adrian and Ray they were outstanding

horrible workmanship. unfinished touches on the home. driveway and garage foundation already cracking before moving in amongst many other things. staff is nice but unfortunately building houses fast in mass equals low quality of the property.

It was a privilege working with the KB team. The team made the complex home process look so simple and easy. They were always there to guide and provide clarity to where necessary. Good and quality materials were used, above I had the opportunity to make some interesting choices and designs from the KB design studio. KB gives you great value for your money.

We are really happy with the whole process of building and buying with KB. From our sales rep (Andrew) to our builder rep (Brandon) and our lender (Jaime) every single person was responsive and helpful! They really kept us updated often - at least weekly if not more - and were all very personable to work with. We have already told family and friends about our experience. We were very lucky to receive heavy incentives at Salerno community in Round Rock East in Classic collection. We built a 2-story and extremely happy with the workmanship, studio options, lending experience and closing as well. Currently in warranty period and are happy with the customer support rep. KB Home has immensely improved since last 6 years. Definitely a top builder.

Very Nice House for good price

My home buying experience was great. The builder(Robert) kept me informed step-by-step. My first encounter with the seller or KB rep was wonderful. He was thorough and held my hand through the whole process. I was informed about each step in the building process weekly. I am now enjoying my new home.

My entire experience has been amazing. From the buying process I partnered with several folks that guided me to close, and after close I still have a support team I can count on. I also never thought I’d love a home as much as I do. My house is perfect!!! I can’t recommend KB homes enough. If I ever buy again, I will specifically be looking for one of their builds.

Find out more before buying your own home. I made lots of mistakes and learned the lessons. - I didn't know that my backyard was too small to install a patio. However, no one told me before paying the earnest money. -I didn't even know there was another house being built right in front of my house. - When I needed help, I did not receive it properly and on time. no one was responsible Do your homework before buying a house. check twice
