KB has helped build us a wonderful home. All of our interactions with KB employees have been great--they've gotten back to us as fast as possible any time we had a question or concern, the quality of workmanship has been spectacular, and have always been there for us. I'm loving my home and am looking forward to living here for a long time.

We closed 2 months ago. Much of our original punch list is still not repaired. The ceilings in 2 rooms began to sag. They've come in twice, ripped ceilings down leaving us without access to the master bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Ceiling is still not right, lights are removed, crown molding removed and damaged. And they have not shown up the last 2 days when they were scheduled, so I'm left without full access to my master bedroom. "I had an emergency at another location" and "I'm swamped, I couldn't get there today", after being told by the regional construction manager my home was a priority. I'd hate to see how they treat someone who's not a priority. ... More

Very impressed with KBHomes. All the people at KBHomes, I interacted with, were extremely helpful in making sure we have our new home to our liking.

We love the value of the home but that can come with a price by some corners being cut. Then when you request help in fixing, silence!

Had a great experience with the sales staff and the construction manager took care of all my issues I had with the house. Really pleased with the whole process.

Houses are expensive but also we need more upgrades which makes more expensive,,..working with the team of KB is great, it’s our first experience for home..we are satisfied..thank you

Everything moved along in a blink of an eye. The entire process was very good. The loan processor was design desk consultant and build site contractor were exceptional. My only wish is for a better conversation when setting up the build. We didn't recognize it wasn't what we thought it was until it had walls. Very odd how much you can assume in the process without even noticing. I'd suggest the actual build site contractor be part of that stage to ensure educated customers and reduce misunderstandings.

It was a complete pleasure working with KB homes from the very start and continued today a couple months after our closing date. I felt in the loop and had an idea what was happening the entire time our house was being built. I would like to give a shout out to Garrett the on site Superintendent. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really made us feel like we were a part of our home being built. He also has been extremely responsive to any questions and or requests we have had, including follow up after we moved in. Home buying process was smooth. The house was done in given time however there were still some minor issues with the house overall, but were fixed quickly. While there are still many issues with the house, I will fix it myself.

Great home but the experience was a nightmare.

Buying process is quite simple and straight-forward. The build has its highs and lows (document everything anyone says). The after care once you are in the home is the best of any I have ever seen - very quick to resolve.

Loved the house so far. This is our first house and K.B.Homes have made our experience pleasant and smooth. Would definitely recommend for anyone who would want to buy a house with K.B.Homes.

Great process start to finish, but so glad we're at the finish and living in our home! Great sales, customization, lending, and closing process.
