Work hard and communicated well.

KB helped every step of the way from our initial visit to the sales office, to handing over the keys. Weekly communication was great! The few minor things we did find wrong when we first moved in, were repaired quickly.

I love The design of the house that I bought .the Salesman Marcus in bastrop helped me to fill out my paper forms to get the house ..amazing..

KB Homes is solid on quality, design and build options. The issue they fall down on is the lack of follow through on promises made during construction. Big on promises, small on delivery. Constant squeaky wheel to get things done and completed; no modifications can be made - period. Constantly ask to fill out a 5 star review. You earn what you get, not what you want

Great work and great people

We couldn't be happier! Especially having a new home built to our budget. Most of the homes in our budget needed several thousands of dollars in improvement to get to what we were able to do with a new build with KB Homes. We loved working with Edgar. He made sure our needs were met and kept us up-to-date even with things that didn't go our way. We appreciate his honesty and being up front with us on changes and expectations during COVID-19.

We have been in our house for about two moths and so far we've had no issues. We're very satisfied with the support we've received when we had questions. They didn't just sell us the house and left.

I bought a house with KB Home in Willow Trace and I cannot be any more happier than my purchase. Right from the beginning, they have been nothing but wonderful in addressing all the issues and taking time in explaining every single detail to us. The house has come out wonderful and there has not been a single issue I am not happy about or hasnt been addressed. A very good community for money and locality

Overall, I have had a good experience. Everyone has been/still is very helpful and accommodating. I like that KB provides so many options for your home. Garret is great to work with and Troy has been very helpful in helping get issues addressed, If anything, I think a "new home buyer" experience of some type at the Design Center would be helpful. As a new home buyer, I was a bit overwhelmed with the process. Having said that, everyone was very helpful!

The entire process was really easy and people were there the answer questions the whole way through. We love our house and it was even finished a little early. There are a lot of things that need to be decided on early on, but there were people there to walk you through the process. I would have liked a few more customizations, but otherwise, near perfect experience.

Response was quick and repairs down in timely manner.

Overall we are happy with our home. Specifically we had a great experience with our sales person James who continues to go above and beyond with communication and service. Our first studio visit was rough. We found out on our second studio visit that the studio rep from the first visit had added extra features we didn’t ask for. Thankfully we caught it before everything progressed to construction. Construction has a few problems. They resolved most of them but a few problems remain. The first problem was they confused the flooring in two of the rooms. Thankfully they fixed that before move in. One problem is they never pressed the yard. They said it rained too much and they couldn’t do it. The backyard is very lumpy. They came back after we moved in and rolled it but it was too late no changes were made. Edgar has been helping us coordinate these efforts but we’ve lived here 6 weeks now and it’s still lumpy and probably not getting better. Every time I speak with Edgar he makes sure to remind me to give him a five star rating, but I don’t think this was five star service. All of these complaints are accompanied by a flood of great things. We love the house and we are overall pleased with the work that’s been done. ... More

A beautiful, wonderfully designed.

We were previously KB home owners for 20 years and we love the quality that KB homes offered.

To KB Home team, Thank you! Steve, Kc, Chelsey and Clint provides me all the update via email or text as their respond time is so fast. They even acknowledge that my prefer way of communication is email or text as I'm always on call for my work. They always give me updates every Friday or every other week especially during this pandemic. During this kind of event, update is what we need as we don't know what is happening. They texted me during the pandemic that they're on shutdown because of government requirement and they also text and email me when they're going to start again building. It removes my anxiety knowing that I have an awesome construction team to give me status on what is happening.
