KBhome can build your dream home even not the top builder but they can do their best. They may improve the service that make you feel your spending value forever. Their finance advisor is excellent.

As my sales consultant John was always available and worked to find answers for the few questions he didn’t have answers for initially. He contacted me weekly with updates. Eric, the construction supervisor also contacted me weekly with updates and to review structural and mechanical amenities. All employees were always on time and very professional. Bret, my loan officer was also always available and extremely helpful . The follow up and detail in this company is amazing. Through each phase of construction I met new people. The sales experience with Severo and Jonathan was flawless. They both set the bar really high with the attention to detail and responsiveness. The construction portion matched the level of customer service set by Severo and Jonathan. Ray and Travis sent multiple updates a week and kept me in the loop throughout the process. There were multiple times we met up during construction to give me tours of progress and answer any questions. If there were any issues, they resolved them immediately. If I were to purchase another home I would request to work with these folks. However, I wouldn’t finance with KB unless there were good incentives and if I worked with Tanya. My original officer Jaimie, did not meet the expectations set but the rest of the process. No communication throughout the process unless I initiated the conversation but still took forever to respond if I even got a response. Did not educate me through the process so I felt I made poor decisions at the beginning. Didn’t explain things throughly. Towards the end of the process, Tanya took over and justified the wrongs. We love our home! It's extremely comfortable offers a great floorplan and is truly the best price per Sq Ft you can get in the Austin area. We would buy through KB Homes again. You do need to stay on their case about getting things fixed which can be frustrating at times, but ultimately they addressed all our concerns albeit not in the most timely manner.

Satisfield by the process from sign in agreement to closing, people helped with the process whenever necessary.

The materials selection is important because the home buyer is able to choose what kind of product she needs. For example the the second bathtub in my home is cheap and small. It is difficult for any person to take a shower in that bathtub because it really small and uncomfortable.

I recently purchased a new home, and while there are some positive aspects, I must highlight a few concerns regarding the walls, paint, and structural issues. 1. Uneven Walls: One noticeable issue with the house is the unevenness of the walls. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that some walls have slight bulges or dips, which affects the overall appearance and makes it challenging to hang artwork or shelves. 2. Paint Issues: There are several paint-related problems throughout the house. I observed uneven paint application in certain areas, with visible brush strokes and inconsistent coverages. While the new home has its positive aspects, such as its overall design and layout, the presence of uneven walls, paint issues, and structural concerns is disappointing. The sales person jason & supervisor Ray are very nice in response to any issue.

I like KB Home a lot. Sales rep is responsive; design center offer is customizable. I understand the complications of construction, but I am not having a good experience recently. I closed my home at the end of Mar. the first week after closing, heavy rain came and my neighboring sites mud flooded to mine. 1/3 of my yard has been buried since then. I communicated with construction and warranty so many times, but it is early/mid Jun now, my yard is still buried. It is hard to move around the yard and the standing water raised tons of mosquitoes. Overall, the home building experience was pretty seamless and I am satisfied with the final product. Working with Juliet of KBHS Home Loans was a good experience but I did not agree with some of their policies when it came to locking interest rates and floating down rates. I had two mortgage brokers question the legality of their pay back policy if I were to switch lenders. I also missed out on the opportunity to float down my rate to 5.75% because I was just outside of my window for eligibility. For the most part, the builders were good but there were some instances where I pointed out issues or concerns and they were brushed off or made to seem unimportant. They eventually were able to correct all of the issues but it took a lot of follow up to ensure things were done proper. The design studio was great and there were a lot of excellent options to make selections from. My only gripe is the strict cutoff time for the end of your appointment. I was able to take my time on everything but my external selections. I had to rush to pick brick and color scheme and left questioning my decisions. ... More

It was great working with Garrett. He addressed all my concerns in a timely manner, regularly communicated progress of construction, and continues to offer quick and effective support throughout the warranty process.

This is my second home with KB. I'm looking forward to possibly buying a third in the future when the timing is right. Satisfied with both experiences overall.

Purchased a quick buy option. Oscar, from sales office, was fantastic. He would send me updated pictures of my house. The build took longer than I expected but due to supply chain issues and lack of workforce was reason for delay. Over all I am very pleased.

Good customer connect. Issues handling. Finishing could be better. Overall good experience.

kb home representative people are very helpful but sometimes the construction worker don't do their work sincerely therefore lot of minor issues

This is our first time buying a home, so we don't have much to go off of. Our experience could have been better. We did have a long delay on our house due to A/C ducting shortage. I do NOT recommend using their preferred lender. We did not know our actual close date till 3 days before. That was very stressful due to getting off of work last minute. Over all it was a stressful experience, but it could have been worse. On a good note Reggie and Rocky have been very responsive and helpful since we were introduced during the building process.
