I understand our initial consultation guy got laid off, so none of our initial issues are fixed. We are now in warranty and have had a major plumbing leak that we've already cut thru walls and have fans in our house for a week, not happy. I still have paint touch ups (inside&outside) nails sticking out, repaint in certain areas, recaulking around windows (sloppy job). Everyone at KB is nice, but getting no immediate help on getting my house 100% after sale.

We had very few issues with our home build. The local sales office, our loan representative and most of all, our building contractor, Gilbert, made all the difference. They were very responsive and went above and beyond the call. We did experience a few issues with the main corporate office and the "personal touch" could've been better. Paperwork was lost, including our earnest money check. The corporate office said they found our earnest check, but we're still waiting for that refund because we had to come up with extra cash at closing to make up for that. But the home is very well ...

We love our home and the neighbourhood. However, I do feel that some finishings and quality of the materials could have been better. I must say that I had to be on top of the construction throughout the whole process requesting improvements and that was a little annoying. Some details like fence materials and landscaping should be improved. Ok the other hand, the variety of upgrade options made us feel we could give our house a special touch.

contracture manager and financing they did not knowledge . Some place my home has problem and we had not orientation and we never get our house on time.

Im not sure if its paint’s or the wood’s quality. Its really very bad, the paint is coming off the wood even tho they painted it recently. Its hardy been 2 months and the paint plus the little part of wood was coming off

From sales to design studio, construction everything is not up to the mark for the money which you are paying. Think twice before going with KB, be careful at every step with sales & construction people.

Sales was the only this we are satisfied because of Adrian . We closed some of the work which was pending promised to be taken care of later like landscaping it’s has negative slopes which happened while installing sprinkler system
