Building process took longer due to COVID and shortage of materials and workers. Overall we are happy with our new home. KB employees were absolutely fantastic!

The best place to build your house and really good costumer service

The whole process was easy and smooth. Happy with our new home.

My sales person and super were both great!

easy to work with, stay on top of progress and make sure to do a detailed walk through.

The KBhome studio represents are hard to reach. I’ve been leaving messages for 3 weeks. Still no response.

Time extra time in building.

The only down side was the underwriters were terrible ... aside from that every thing else was good.

Nayeli is the beat sales that I have ever worked with.

I bought my house during COVID-19, when things were crazy and uncertain. They did their best to deliver the full customer service experience given the social distancing limitations. My sales consultant was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions/emails. She also sent periodic pictures of the progress. On the financing/paperwork side, I was a little confused and disappointed. Both of my loan experts got changed on me mid-purchase, which led to a lot of re-sending of things already sent, confusion, and frustration. My final down payment amount changed 3 times in one day (after I had already secured the cashier’s check). There was a shortage of appliances during this time and I had ordered a refrigerator for the house from the design studio. The fridge wouldn’t be ready in time for closing so they provided me with a loaner fridge, which I was then able to keep. There was then a lot of confusion and miscommunication about delivery of my other fridge. I was given a delivery date by one construction manager which we had planned for Thanksgiving week when I was off of work. When the day came, it turns out that the fridge had been sent back and the construction manager had left the company without communicating the fridge issue with anyone else. I spoke with the warranty guy who got right onto the problem. He put me in touch with the regional construction manager who then tried to troubleshoot the delivery of the fridge. The problem was that it could only be delivered the following week when I would be back at work. The regional construction manager was very accommodating about that. The fridge was actually delivered at about 9 that morning. Apparently it was guarded all day while it sat in my driveway. When I got home from work at 4, there were about 5 guys here ready to move the other fridge and install the new one! I was very impressed and pleased with willingness of everyone to go above and beyond to right something that was essentially beyond their control! We had a wonderful experience with our salesperson Dianna. She was really great.

Over all is good

House was built according to plans, things went smooth from beginning to end. There were some minor issues that the builder had to come back to fix, but overall things went well. Good customer service, good construction manager, good warranty service, and good studios inventory. The reasons I didn’t give the 5 stars was because we found lot of crack on the garage floor foundations, and front porch. We also found three same long crack on the door molding frames. There were a few dents on the door molding frames, and the house was not clean when we moved in.

I have had both the construction manager and sales manager both got promoted. Once the construction manager was promoted the things that were found after two weeks have yet to be resolved. I got the info for the gentleman who was supposed to take over we met I laid out all the concerns. It was a month later I had to email said gentleman because I had no update on my issues and it took him 5 days to respond.

Overall a great home and look forward to living there for years to come. Be builder can be a little slow in address issue after moving in. But overall good

GI, Zach and Jason did a great job

We're fine with the home, but long story short, we're finding issues with the house after about a month of being here. The sales team and building project manager are responsive, but things would have been better if the builders were not in a rush to finish the home. We've dealt with stuck doors, wet paint, a leaky sink, unsealed garage, a number of other issues that we were told would be fixed after inspection and closing. Some thing have been fixed while others are still outstanding- for example, a faulty oven that apparently, was a company-known issue being experienced by other home buyers. Moving forward, KB probably shouldn't buy wholesale appliances from Whirlpool. It does not seem like a good idea. We may need to call and email them to file for a warranty-replacement... again, after only about a month in living here. I bought a ready to move in house. There are many small things needed to be completed before. However, after closing i found it very difficult to get those things done. Such i had to call thousands of times just to get installed sud, and other stuffs like crack, missing paints, AC check for temp differential are still not done. Customer care is another worst part. I called them a month ago which they never did follow up.

Great experience for first-time homebuyers. They walk you through the steps and make sure you know what is going on every step of the way. Unfortunately, they cut corners on the finishing touches and left a few things below standard.

Materials are not of good quality, for example, the cabinet we have many broken

We had a good home buying experience all the way from the sales agent, financing team, and build team.
