Everything was explained during the entire build. Issues and concerns were addressed. Really good experience!

Bought a newly built home from KB. There are 3 steps involved. First of ,the construction process was great. The superintendent and the construction manager kept us up to date and were receptive to our complaints and concerns. The home was delivered with minor cosmetic flaws which were fixed. So, we are definitely happy with that. However, the sales person who sold us the lot and floorplan was either not knowledgeable or just plain deceptive. We were told things that proved to be false. I requested several times if there were any model homes for our floorplan at other KB locations for us to visit since this particular subdivision at the time has no model homes to show for. We received no help there. Seems like the sale was in the bag and we're left on our own. We had to look for ourselves few presentations were made to us and our realtor proved to be false. Next step, the design studio. The person at the KB design studio who took care of the home upgrades was omitting critical info. For instance, we upgraded our bathroom which included a huge clear window. But this was not relayed to us. Who wants a big clear window in the bathroom??? Sales, Design Center, Contractors- A+++++++++ KB's Loan Process and Underwriters F++++ We were not first time buyers , good credit, work history and payment history. Not a risk yet we felt like we were being interrogated by the FBI. Customer unfriendly.

The Lid on the water meter is broken and it has not fixed yet since Jan 13th. Everyone is aware of it not sure what is causing the delay.

Successful construction of a new home requires a partnership between the purchaser and the builder. KB Home starts with a balanced, well-priced product offering, and they follow up with reasonable and prompt response to the unpredictable problems that inevitably occur in semi-custom home construction. I was thoroughly satisfied with the result.

I had the plumbers miss the hot water pipe to my washer machine and after a week of moving in, my daughters closet flooded. I was miserable and I started hating my house so much. Everything was fixed a week and a half later. It was a very stressful experience. I’m slowly starting to love my house again since that has been repaired.

We had a wonderful experience with our salesperson Dianna. She was really great.

The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would've been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. The support and communication from our sale representative and construction manager throughout the building process was phenomenal. And now that we've moved in and are enjoying our new home, we continue to be impressed with amazing customer service and support. Supervisions on jobs and better workmanship,

If you go with KB home, be really careful with your studio selections. Purchase as much of that as you can outside of the studio. And check on your home weekly as it’s being built.

We love our new KB Home! Don't let the 4 star quality bother you. Everything we needed fixed has been addressed or is being addressed quickly. We enjoyed the process of building.

Kb was excellent with keeping us informed about the buying process & how our home was coming along.

Best thing I like it studios. Like you are really building your own this house.
