We were walked through every step of the way and were amazed at the amount of open communication that the team displayed in order to best serve us in purchasing our first home! Tristan our builder, David our support, Stephanie our mortgage loan originator and Amie our sales rep worked together as one team in order to make sure we got the perfect home we wanted and are extremmely happy with our choice. Even to this day, Tristan and David call to see how we're doing and if we need any items to help with around the house. KB Home starts with a balanced, well-priced product offering, and they follow up with reasonable and prompt response to the unpredictable problems that inevitably occur in semi-custom home construction. I was thoroughly satisfied with the result.

I had the plumbers miss the hot water pipe to my washer machine and after a week of moving in, my daughters closet flooded. I was miserable and I started hating my house so much. Everything was fixed a week and a half later. It was a very stressful experience. I’m slowly starting to love my house again since that has been repaired.

The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would've been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. Supervisions on jobs and better workmanship,

If you go with KB home, be really careful with your studio selections. Purchase as much of that as you can outside of the studio. And check on your home weekly as it’s being built.

We love our new KB Home! Don't let the 4 star quality bother you. Everything we needed fixed has been addressed or is being addressed quickly. We enjoyed the process of building.

Kb was excellent with keeping us informed about the buying process & how our home was coming along.

Our KB team is Amazing. Best experience we could ask for.

The tradesmen are majority unqualified. Framers are terrible, painters lazy, masons were good, roofers try to get too much done to quickly and the shingles are loose because nails are missing to anchor them down. Siding is not smooth. The bath in the master constantly creeks and squeaks. The front door light kicks the breaker every time we turn it on which kills the light and fan in the powder room. Drywall is not level in window frames from top to bottom some also from side to side. The fence blew over in a storm. The flood light already stopped working on the back of the house. The light switches have no attempt of coordination in sequence of what light turns on in the home, you just keep flipping them on and off till you get the desired light to illuminate. ... More

Sales, construction staff and crews were great. They were attentive and responsive throughout. They followed thru any issues we had and we are very satisfied with our new home.

I have been in my home 3 months and still waiting on things to be fixed. For a how That will cost me half a million dollars once paid not worth it.

I had a problem during the framing stage, but KB was on it quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with at KB was friendly, responsive, and professional. The design center was awesome. I was impressed by the efficiency with which KB built the home. Whomever designed the 1491 floor plan really knew what he was doing.

KB did great job building my house. Moved in to new house and so far haven't had any issue.
