Our KB team is Amazing. Best experience we could ask for.

The tradesmen are majority unqualified. Framers are terrible, painters lazy, masons were good, roofers try to get too much done to quickly and the shingles are loose because nails are missing to anchor them down. Siding is not smooth. The bath in the master constantly creeks and squeaks. The front door light kicks the breaker every time we turn it on which kills the light and fan in the powder room. Drywall is not level in window frames from top to bottom some also from side to side. The fence blew over in a storm. The flood light already stopped working on the back of the house. The light switches have no attempt of coordination in sequence of what light turns on in the home, you just keep flipping them on and off till you get the desired light to illuminate. ... More

Sales, construction staff and crews were great. They were attentive and responsive throughout. They followed thru any issues we had and we are very satisfied with our new home.

I have been in my home 3 months and still waiting on things to be fixed. For a how That will cost me half a million dollars once paid not worth it.

I had a problem during the framing stage, but KB was on it quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with at KB was friendly, responsive, and professional. The design center was awesome. I was impressed by the efficiency with which KB built the home. Whomever designed the 1491 floor plan really knew what he was doing.

KB did great job building my house. Moved in to new house and so far haven't had any issue.

KB has been there every step of the way. All the employees are very friendly and they build beautiful houses. If you have any questions at all there is always someone there to assist you, before and after you move in. It has been a great home building experience and when I am ready to build my next house I will be using KB homes again.

We’ve had some issues with walls not being square, and trim finishes and painting subpar. Also we have reached out to our warranty representative without response.

Really appreciate Gilbert's attention to keeping us informed about the construction progress including walk through inspections. His assistance after the sale/closing was greatly appreciated.

The project manager (Cesar) did an excellent job in addressing our issues. He was always available, good communicator, very adaptive with the schedule, and most importantly, he ensures that the work is done correctly and that we are satisfied. Overall, I'm glad that we bought a KB Home. I truly value the excellent support.

I was pleasantly surprised with my home building/buying experience. I’ve had a couple of issues since closing and the KB staff has been quick to address my needs/concerns.

Great service, quality and people

We were first time homebuyers and the process went very smooth. We love our home. The only complaint I have is the materials used are cheap.

Second home we've owned but first home I haven't had a moment where i've gone "I wish this was different." and that's after a month living here. Shout out to Justin from the KB office here and Stephen the superintendent for being on top of everything and making this a great experience!
