My wife and I are new to the Austin area and after much looking around decided on Vista Point by KB. Fantastic customer service and absolutely love the house! From the ground up this was a great experience, we had built a home in Henderson Nevada and this was much more smooth. I would highly recommend using KB and am extremely glad that we made the choice!

Everyone we worked with was very helpful. Conner supervised the construction and helped us during and after the sale.

The construction and the sales team at KB Homes Stagecoach Crossing was very friendly and available to answer any question and/ or help with any request. It was a pleasure dealing with every single one of them and I would definitely recommend them.

The Forman Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the house as it went up and kept me abreast of which I really appreciate.

First off I dont like the pre-engineered lumber in the ceiling space, but all new homes are built this way. It prevents storing or walking in attic space. Second with all new homes there are tweeks that need to be addressed Travis and Ishedro made sure to take care of all these items. Third nice little features like the side fences go near the front of the house and options to add extra outlets and lights (like in the garage) were nice inexpensive options. Fourth our house (built 2019) is in an all electric neighborhood and our new energy star certified home lived up to its certification. Our electric bill was half what our combined gas and electric bills were for the same month last year at our old home (built 2017). ... More

The crew that builds your home to include the supervisors on the job are fabulous to work with. The after build help is not responsive and frustrating.

From start to finish all staff at KB were very friendly, knowledgeable, and will always answer any questions and concerns that homebuyers would naturally have. The quality of the home build got the highest praises from my agent and 3rd party inspectors I had come to the property. After moving in any damages, issues, will be addresses by KB promptly and professionally as well provided that the issues were not directly caused by occupants intentionally. Highly recommend people looking to consider KB homes!

We are very happy with our new KB home! The entire home buying process has been wonderful and we have worked with such great people! Phillip was wonderful to work with and communicated with us on everything we needed to know, even going above and beyond in making us feel welcomed into the community! Then KC helped us feel comfortable in our home with a wonderful orientation and made sure everything was ready for our move in. Since then we have been working with Zachary on any warenty issue (small little things here and there) and he has been extremely attentive and quick to get the issues resolved immediately. As my first home, this was the best decision I have made. Kb made the process extremely easy and has been there throughout the entire process to assist me with anything I needed. Thanks to the KB team for all the help.

It has been 2 months in our new construction KB home and we are very pleased.

From the sticker in our attic window, our warped stairs, cracked cabinets and leaking backdoor. We feel overwhelmed with the large and small issues. I'm disappointed with the quality in the carpet and bath/shower combo. Our grass in the back yard is muddy an uneven. The quality of our home did not meet the value of what I paid for the home. Carpet with no padding is coming up on the stairs, our cabinets still have a spit, what we were showed in demo to our $3000+ tub shower combo was extremely misrepresented. The communication between our builder to us and the rest of Kb was terrible. Deb was amazing giving us the start of our home, however the design studio and what the builders presented was night and day. ... More

There are always horror stories you hear about new home builders and owners who are unhappy with their new home. Our story is NOT one of those stories. Ours was a great story, a pleasant story, a great home, and continues to be to this day. From the design studio, to KB Home Loans, to now living and loving our home - KB Home has be a surprise in the many things they have done for us and our home. The little things in the home that take a lot of the worry out home ownership. Lots of included items that you might take for granted are there so we dont have to worry about them. Sure, it's not 100% perfect - there are a few very minor things I might have liked to seen done differently. But I tell you it is pretty darn close to perfect. I believe the builder is sincere in providing a quality home to its customers

Over all is good

We had an outstanding experience with all KB staff, however the quality of craftsmanship and care of construction was very poor in our first home build experience. We had trash left in our walls and behind HVAC units, carpet laid over debris, flooring laid incorrectly, missing electrical components, missing plumbing components, and more which has led to an unpleasant month of constant repairs and fixes after moving in. The KB team has been scrambling to make sure everything is fixed to our satisfaction but please make sure you are keeping an eye out on details that construction crews (a lot inexperienced) are doing incorrectly....also don’t rely on the “inspections” made by the construction manager... we have had a lot of issues that should have been taken care of during points of inspection and weren’t. Overall, we are satisfied with the home and the KB team for striving for 100% satisfaction. ... More

KB is super responsive. The homes are high quality. I am very happy with my purchase.

Our sales rep and superintendent were very responsive, easy to get ahold, kind and always went the extra mile for us. We did have an issue at the end of our closing that took a call to corporate to handle but our sales rep and super were there guiding us through the process every step of the way. They made this experience 100 x's better. Thank you both for everything.

We LOVE our house!!!
