Process was smooth and simple to work with

If you are opting KBhome preferred lender then focus on 'Mortgage Insurance' component which will increase dramatically in final closing document. Need to discuss about PMI component from initial draft copies with your lender agent very clearly.

I had a wonderful experience with purchasing a home from kb. The process was very simple for this being my first time buying a home. Every person that helped me with the process was great. Answered all questions I had very quickly. I received phone calls weekly with updates on the home. I never was sent to an answering service. Everytime I called I always received the information I needed. It was also ready for move in months early. I would recommend kb to anyone purchasing a home especially new home buyers.

I am happy with the support provided by all KB homes people, be is sales team, design studio team, or the construction managers. They always listed to my queries and tried their best to address those issues on time and to my satisfaction.

Overall, our experience with KB staff was excellent, From the first buying experience to the move-in. Everyone was quick to respond to issues and has helped us resolve them in a timely manner. We love our home and also enjoy the neighborhood as well.

Construction and sales were amazing

This is my first home purchase with my husband and it was very easy. We loved working with the sales and construction team. They were all so helpful and professional. They explained everything in detail and we never felt overwhelmed. The loans department was a bit more of a challenge. Our close date was pushed out a week because they had their numbers incorrect however my husband caught all the inconsistencies and we were able to get everything squared away. Overall, we enjoyed our purchase experience and working with KB. The home and construction team is awesome. However we do not recommend using the KB home finance it was a constant roller coaster. Work from home does not work. This was the 4th home we’ve bought using VA and this was by far the most difficult process because of the finance department. Everything else was awesome! So glad they finally got it together so we can enjoy our beautiful home.

From the first day I met Philip May salt it to the last day we closed, what can I say. Philip always answered present to me at anytime even when he was resting at his gym. Jaime goss an extraordinary woman who was able to answer all my questions even when she was also resting. So Zack what to say. Always present at the slightest house concern to the point of coming to do the job sometimes and checking that everything has been done by the technicians. KBHOME i would always recommend and deal with them again and again

We love our new home! Kyle was very helpful in the sales and closing process and has continued to answer questions post-closing. Carlton explained our warranty with great detail and enthusiasm and seems extremely reliable. Troy has been a champ in helping us deal with some issues post-closing, and we are grateful for all his help in getting us settled in our new home.

From the moment I stepped into the sales office to look at the models I was met with great customer service. Lane was knowledgeable and had answers immediately for all my questions. He was consistently communicating with me every step of the way. Every person in the KB Home fields that I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been informative and friendly. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to look at KB Homes.
