Very good service, some areas of the process need to improve on their response times.

Happy to be in my first home. Overall very happy with my purchasing and design studio experience, but definitely see many issues with the workmanship of the home—painting, tile work, etc. very sloppily thrown together. Sales and design team are great!

Enjoy the process

House was built according to plans, things went smooth from beginning to end. There were some minor issues that the builder had to come back to fix, but overall things went well. Good customer service, good construction manager, good warranty service, and good studios inventory. The reasons I didn’t give the 5 stars was because we found lot of crack on the garage floor foundations, and front porch. We also found three same long crack on the door molding frames. There were a few dents on the door molding frames, and the house was not clean when we moved in.

This is my 2nd KB home purchase and love my new home again!

My experience with KB Home has been extremely positive all around. Very few issues throughout the whole process and any concern I had was addressed immediately. I can't say enough good things about all of the individuals that helped me through the process and would highly recommend KB Home.

It’s been great having our 1st new home. We did have a few construction concerns at first but KB responded to a survey that I completed and addressed the big issues and for that we are happy.

We build a KB home in Forest Grove. We could not be happier with the outcome of our home. We were informed every step of the way and any concerns or issues with addressed immediately. We love our home and are looking forward to many years in it. I would recommend the Austin area KB home team to anyone.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Phillip has been great. Chelsey at the studio was super. The studio was really fun, helpful and highly recommended.

We had great experience with KB, better than what we expected. Work was done in timely matter and kept us updated on the progress

We love our new KB Home. However we were a bit disappointed that the top layer of cement in the garage, porch, and back porch had to be resurfaced. The construction supervisor was able to coordinate it and it went according as planned, but it was stressful for us as we had a full garage that had to be loaded onto a U-Haul truck, parked overnight, then unloaded in the AM. Super inconvenient after having moved two weeks prior. It was due to rain supposedly, but my question was why did this foundation/cement not get inspected prior to moving to the next phase of building? Nobody saw or caught it until we moved in and I noticed our garage cement was full of chips. Would have liked to be reimbursed for the $110 U-haul rental, but didn't get much traction on that wish with KB. As mentioned we are happy with the home and happy that KB fixed the problem. ... More

Daniel came over a couple weeks ago and we scheduled a time to have some repair work done. I took off work for the appointment which was 1 week later and no one showed or bothered to call me.

Wonderful New Community! The whole process was easy and I'm very grateful to have the opportunity to have a Kb home.

House is great for the money and the neighborhood is nice. While there were some delays in getting the house ready to move in on our initial timeline, it all worked out.

Great Community, really friendly sales counselor, loan counselor and project managers.

Somewhat sloppy on workmanship. Many finish details overlooked. Tiles with saw marks continuing for inches past a cut of a tile. Most window sills without paint on sides or bottom. Sloppy caulking around door trims but painted over anyway. Overall, a nice house, but with many finishing touches overlooked. The people at KB who have been helping us resolve issues after move-in have all been very responsive and great to work with, though.

I would say it is pretty good experience thus far - though a few things could have been better: Sloping of shower tray so that water drains out fast etc.

Nice home, great neighborhood. KB were very attentive to fix any minor issues prior to closing.
