Our home is what we wanted, your design studio was optimal in helping us make this home what we wanted..

Somewhat sloppy on workmanship. Many finish details overlooked. Tiles with saw marks continuing for inches past a cut of a tile. Most window sills without paint on sides or bottom. Sloppy caulking around door trims but painted over anyway. Overall, a nice house, but with many finishing touches overlooked. The people at KB who have been helping us resolve issues after move-in have all been very responsive and great to work with, though.

I would say it is pretty good experience thus far - though a few things could have been better: Sloping of shower tray so that water drains out fast etc.

Nice home, great neighborhood. KB were very attentive to fix any minor issues prior to closing.

We have had nothing but great experiences from KB Home from day 1 to move in. The follow up and great service has continued even after 2 months of being in our home. We love our home!

Good experience

We are enjoying our new home very much and the KB people who worked with us have been exceptionally friendly, professional and good at their jobs. Nothing is picture perfect in life but the KB people have been magnificent in correcting the little things here and we couldn't be happier.

Overall a very pleasant experience..all a phone call away. Everyone was professional and courteous with all the processes.

Came in following a bad experience with a previous builder, and KB really went above and beyond to take care of purchase each step along the way.

Buying a house is stressful regardless of if it's new build or not. Aimee and the entire KB staff has helped make this purchasing a new home less stressful, and each department had a well knowledgeable person there to guide us through the whole process. I know we made the right choice going with KB Homes instead of some other builder.

Overall, my total experience has been exceptional. From my initial time working with the sales team, until the final walk through. From visiting the design center to the closing. I could not have asked for a better experience for someone who is new to home ownership.

best part of buying a new home is that you get to pick all upgrades and all other things that you want on your new home.

The staff were very good and helpful to us.

Design center experience was very good, but the building process was the opposite. We had 4 different project managers due to them moving to different communities, and at one time our house didn't have anyone work on it for 6 weeks. At a few different times, the PM actually lied to us (which was confirmed). It's been 5 weeks since we closed, and there are a ton of punch list/warranty items that are now being worked on, but it's progress. The house is becoming what we hoped for, but getting here was tough.

Excellent easy process

I have had both the construction manager and sales manager both got promoted. Once the construction manager was promoted the things that were found after two weeks have yet to be resolved. I got the info for the gentleman who was supposed to take over we met I laid out all the concerns. It was a month later I had to email said gentleman because I had no update on my issues and it took him 5 days to respond.
