I feel as though this experience overall could’ve been better. It was my first time buying a home so I put a lot of trust in KB to help guide me. I really do feel as though it depends on how you get that helps with the process. My sales agent was not as helpful as I would’ve thought. When I called and spoke with a colleague of his a couple of times, she was far more helpful and I thank her for that! I didn’t really hear from my sales agent much until after I was approved to purchase the home. Most of the calls prior, were me following up. When it came to the construction side, I was very pleased with them! They were quick and responsive. When dealing with the possibility of going through KBs lender, again very disappointing. The representative was super kind but could not figure out how to get me the home I was wanting. In the end, I went with an outside lender based off their hard work and my overall trust in that they would do what was best for me. If it were up to KBs lender, I don’t feel as though I would be in this home. ... More

house was not ready when stated it was.

Everything that was needed was taken care of. There were a few things that needed to be corrected. These things were done in a timely manner

Decent home with decent materials. Home price is decent compared to other builders.

Not very satisfied with this newly built home. This is our second home but the first newly built and the first KB home. From the final walk to move in to now, there are still things that are not completed and we moved in March 9th, today is April 25th. I was lucky to at least have the Warranty people come out and give me a date to fix remaining issues. Overall, I would not buy a KB Home if I could go back in time.

Great team to work with!

Construction work & material is very unacceptable. Wall cracks within one month. Nail inside carpet is too bad for resident's safety

Buying a home in general can seem so scary, but with KB this whole process from Signing my contract, to designing my home, to closing is definitely an experience within itself. I felt that someone was always here with us to help us along the way, from sales to the design center to construction. Everyone was super professional yes personable. KB really cares about their customers, and makes sure they are happy & satisfied along the way. I cannot be more grateful to have closed on my home. KB made this a DREAM for me and my spouse. Great experience with the sales and orientation.

Everyone was exceptional. Sales-John, Project Manager Robert and George, Finance- Stephanie and Ruth, Design-Jonathan, Warranty-Billy. My apologies if I missed one, but everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and knowledgeable.
