KB home is a wonderful builder who provides their services even after the delivery if required.

I had a pleasant experience working with KB Homes for East Village community in Manor. My Sales counselor, construction manager and the loan officer were all helpful, which was good to have as a first time homeowner. Will highly recommend KB Homes!

The entire staff are extremely helpful and professional they went above my expectations. They responded to all my questions and requests promptly. The company management are extremely fair in the way they treat home buyers. I recommend KB Home to my friends and family.

Poor workmanship (paints, door and door locks)

Building a home with KB Homes was a remarkably smooth and satisfying experience. WE HAVE BAD EXPERIANCE WITH KB HOME FINANCE AND STUDIO .WE MISS A LOT THING BECUASE OF THE STUDIO AND WE WASTE OUR TIME WITH THEIR FINANCE IS NOT APPROVED WITH THEM FOR 7 MONTHS AND THEN I WENT WITH ANTHER LENDER APPROVED WITHIN 20 DAYS .THE SALES MAN IS GREAT HIS NAME IS BRANDEN AND THE SUPER ATTENDENT LORENZO ,BOTH ARE VERY HELPFULL .

The quality of the finishings in the house is quite poor! The interior walls are of very poor quality, and the backsplash finishes are of very low quality!

My experience was very interesting because I lived some beautiful moments.

As my sales consultant John was always available and worked to find answers for the few questions he didn’t have answers for initially. He contacted me weekly with updates. Eric, the construction supervisor also contacted me weekly with updates and to review structural and mechanical amenities. All employees were always on time and very professional. Bret, my loan officer was also always available and extremely helpful . The follow up and detail in this company is amazing. Through each phase of construction I met new people. We had a great experience all together. Buying a home is wildly stressful. The most frustrating part about the whole thing is that they were ready too soon. Any issue we've had has been promptly addressed. Every team has kept us involved all the way through the project.

I could not have asked for a better experience with KB Home as we went through the process of building our first new construction home. Everyone was outstanding at providing the best customer service possible. They were very thorough in their communication and follow ups and all the details that came with each step. Our first experience was with the KB Home representative, Marc, who showed us all the model homes and explained all the offerings. His enthusiasm, transparency, and service definitely made us feel confident in our decision to sign. After signing we were put in contact with multiple people throughout each step which surprisingly provided the same level of attention, service, and communication. KB provided answers to my questions in a timely manner during the entire process.

The sales experience with Severo and Jonathan was flawless. They both set the bar really high with the attention to detail and responsiveness. The construction portion matched the level of customer service set by Severo and Jonathan. Ray and Travis sent multiple updates a week and kept me in the loop throughout the process. There were multiple times we met up during construction to give me tours of progress and answer any questions. If there were any issues, they resolved them immediately. If I were to purchase another home I would request to work with these folks. However, I wouldn’t finance with KB unless there were good incentives and if I worked with Tanya. My original officer Jaimie, did not meet the expectations set but the rest of the process. No communication throughout the process unless I initiated the conversation but still took forever to respond if I even got a response. Did not educate me through the process so I felt I made poor decisions at the beginning. Didn’t explain things throughly. Towards the end of the process, Tanya took over and justified the wrongs. Personally I am happy with the staff and the responsiveness. But overall the Community doesnt have a new house appeal. When you look from outside, there is a big difference between the New houses from other builders (for e.g HeadWaters) and K.B Homes. K.B Homes needs an upgrade with it looks. I bought it here because I had no other option for new Construction. There are limited option in Upgrades and most of them are outdated. Totally dissatisfied with Home Pro. They do not know anything about Customer Service. I would have given 4 Stars even with limited options for Upgrades. But I gave 3 stars because of Home Pro. ... More

It was a great experience. First time buying a house and they did everything to help me.

Everyone respond at the time manner in any question I asked. The house was fast build, the agents were responsive. Everyone was helpfull on my need.

We had a great experience working with KB Homes on the purchase of our first house. James in sales was very accommodating to help find the right home for us. He was knowledgeable of the whole process so there were no surprises. Elizabeth in KB home loans was great to work with. She spent time answering my questions and making sure I understood expectations.

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with KB team. They're very professional and be with us from start to end with purchased process. Also, made all the process of paper works so seamless.

They may have to make sure before picking upgrades to home. Most upgrades can be done after purchase instead of from builder.
