Everyone respond at the time manner in any question I asked. The house was fast build, the agents were responsive. Everyone was helpfull on my need.

We had a great experience working with KB Homes on the purchase of our first house. James in sales was very accommodating to help find the right home for us. He was knowledgeable of the whole process so there were no surprises. Elizabeth in KB home loans was great to work with. She spent time answering my questions and making sure I understood expectations.

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with KB team. They're very professional and be with us from start to end with purchased process. Also, made all the process of paper works so seamless.

They may have to make sure before picking upgrades to home. Most upgrades can be done after purchase instead of from builder.

We liked the homes we saw on our first visit with our search agent. Hallmark layout for the 2 single floors we saw were exceptional compared to other builders we had reviewed over the past couple of years. The sales guy and the building managers were super friendly. That was encouraging.

Excellent service with direct and punctual communication is the cornerstone of KB Homes. Prospective buyers are greeted with professionalism and thorough knowledge of the VA home buying program.

Jesse De LA Huerta has been helping me a lot in building my dream home. He have to best customer service and very detail in explaining every process of the house. He listened to my need and trying his best to work with me.

Kb home no respond for repairing warranty I have kitchen tile issue and walls pints no response about that

Too many issues that still need to be fixed after receiving home

There were a few ups/downs in the buying process but once we got in things were great!! Daniel and his team made sure that our home was in the condition we wanted it to be in. Modifications were made to our satisfaction.

Workmanship is not good at all. There are many poor quality works that we have found at many places of the home. Even when we asked them to be fixed the persons who came to fix did the same kind of poor quality repairs making no difference. At the time of closing we noted some issues that needed to be addressed. But due to closing timeline, we were told to go ahead get them fixed by warranty. There are two bigger items that are not addressed till date, that we definitely want them to be addressed. Chipped portion of counter top in kitchen that was just glued in, Drive way replacement as it has cracks. In fact prior this year, I dropped from other home in East village - Classic collection for the drive way crack issue and they said they will not fix it. But after we dropped from that home, we saw the driveway was getting replaced. If we were told that will be fixed we would have very weel bought that home instead earlier this year. But now the same drive way crack happened here. Earlier when we signed the offer, there was no crack. But towards the closing it started showing and before closing we said this is not something that we are comfortable with. But we were told it is very minor and due to lack of time for closing date, it is better to close first and get them addressed by warranty later. Now we see that it evolved bigger and warranty team is saying it is in tolerable limits for them. But that is not aceptable answer for us as we had dropped from earlier hiome also for the same reason. ... More

If you are opting KBhome preferred lender then focus on 'Mortgage Insurance' component which will increase dramatically in final closing document. Need to discuss about PMI component from initial draft copies with your lender agent very clearly.

My experience with KB Homes has been a mixed bag. While there have been some positive aspects, the overall journey has been marred by several significant issues that are yet to be resolved. One of the standout problems with our KB Homes experience was the lack of transparency when it came to crucial information about our lot and an adjacent construction project. This lack of disclosure was a major disappointment, as it left us feeling like we were not adequately informed to make a decision about our purchase. Had we been given all the necessary details, we might have reconsidered our choice. Another area where KB Homes fell short of expectations was in the craftsmanship of our new home. We have experienced more issues in this brand-new home than we did with our previous builder, Meritage. This speaks to a potential lapse in quality control and attention to detail during the construction process, which is concerning when investing in a new property. On a more positive note, we do appreciate the layout and design of our KB home. It's clear that thought went into creating a functional and appealing living space, and this aspect of the home has been a redeeming factor in an otherwise lackluster experience. I had a wonderful experience with purchasing a home from kb. The process was very simple for this being my first time buying a home. Every person that helped me with the process was great. Answered all questions I had very quickly. I received phone calls weekly with updates on the home. I never was sent to an answering service. Everytime I called I always received the information I needed. It was also ready for move in months early. I would recommend kb to anyone purchasing a home especially new home buyers.

I am happy with the support provided by all KB homes people, be is sales team, design studio team, or the construction managers. They always listed to my queries and tried their best to address those issues on time and to my satisfaction.

We love our home! It's extremely comfortable offers a great floorplan and is truly the best price per Sq Ft you can get in the Austin area. We would buy through KB Homes again. You do need to stay on their case about getting things fixed which can be frustrating at times, but ultimately they addressed all our concerns albeit not in the most timely manner.

LOVE KB HOMES, MY WIFE WORKS FOR 10 BUILDERS AND WOULD RATHER BY FROM KB.
