Good experience overall, however closing process was rushed and a few issues that needed to be fixed should have been done so before closing rather than rush and get to it afterwards. Since then there has been delays with repairs and poor communication. A lot of the issues wouldn’t be there if workmanship was better.

Kb staff was responsive and knowledgeable.

Overal I think the house is beautiful and was worth it. I think KB could do better in certain areas. Do not have windows facing the next house, change your construction plan to have better lighting in the house. Some materials used are cheap, but then again the house looks great. Customer service has been Stellar! I would buy a KB home again, but only if I get it built so I have the option to choose the plan and material. My closing was also hassle free!

This was such a great experience for our family! We were guided from foundation up until the complete construction of our home. This was an exceptional experience as a first time home buyer!

The construction aspect was the worst part of the home buying, things were not properly done before handover George did not do a good job

Staff were always helpful and guided us through the process smoothly. Updates were timely and responses to questions were prompt and accurate. We are very pleased with our home and quality of construction.

Overall, our experience with KB staff was excellent, From the first buying experience to the move-in. Everyone was quick to respond to issues and has helped us resolve them in a timely manner. We love our home and also enjoy the neighborhood as well.

Construction and sales were amazing

Very Disappointed with not allowing to lock the mortgage rate without selecting the options at KB Studio though we have paid separately for the options which left me paying 2.5% more interest which is a lot. It looks foolish to hold since KB is charging customers for options upfront. House construction quality looks good. Thanks to the construction manager Ray for his timely updates and fixing minor issues in a timely manner. Insulation seems to be low causing hearing TV sound and garage door opening or closing sounds in most of the rooms.

Too bad for warranty,I have problems on countertop and then I wait long time ,nobody help

The materials selection is important because the home buyer is able to choose what kind of product she needs. For example the the second bathtub in my home is cheap and small. It is difficult for any person to take a shower in that bathtub because it really small and uncomfortable.

Overall satisfied with the quality and experience

This is my first home purchase with my husband and it was very easy. We loved working with the sales and construction team. They were all so helpful and professional. They explained everything in detail and we never felt overwhelmed. The loans department was a bit more of a challenge. Our close date was pushed out a week because they had their numbers incorrect however my husband caught all the inconsistencies and we were able to get everything squared away. Overall, we enjoyed our purchase experience and working with KB. I haven’t been in my house for two months and things are falling apart. Very cheap materials and poor construction. Very unimpressive.

Very good experience in some aspect of the construction, design and quality of the materials used.

The home and construction team is awesome. However we do not recommend using the KB home finance it was a constant roller coaster. Work from home does not work. This was the 4th home we’ve bought using VA and this was by far the most difficult process because of the finance department. Everything else was awesome! So glad they finally got it together so we can enjoy our beautiful home.

GI, Zach and Jason did a great job

I have friends who purchased from other builders and all of the components of their houses are top notch. Many components of my house isnt as great as I hoped it would be. The price range is acceptable, but if these issues were known before buying, I might not have accepted the price range that I agreed to. I would have definitely negotiated a lot more.
