The KB Home team from the office personnel showing homes in the subdivision to the Loan personnel were available to answer any questions I had. The application and approval of my mortgage process went very smoothly and expeditiously. I was able to get into home to look over the home during the process to find out if there were things I desired in the home. I would say that the quality of the home was acceptable based on the price point. Any concerns that I brought to the Supervisor were addressed and corrected pretty quickly. This is my first new build and the whole KB team made the process great. They guided me through every step of the build from the loan to the design center and the after move in, their customer service had been great. Being paired with Glen as my point of contact really has brought me and my family peace of mind. This is a great community and I love our new home.

During our walk through the house we observed some short comings due to some things that may have been overlooked,but as we pointed them out to Samuel he quickly motioned to fix it. As I mentioned,Samuel never failed us ,he and his team worked hard and resolved our issues. I thank him and his team for an excellent job well done.
