great communication, good build

Steve, our builder and Amanda, our sales counselor were excellent throughout the entire building process. Rudy & Olga were also outstanding. We have built many homes during our lifetime but we have never had such a responsive builder as the KB Team.We originally thought their “commitment page” included in the initial sales contract was merely a marketing strategy. But they fulfilled every promise. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The KB team are so awesome with open arms, especially the one in the office here.

With a few hiccups long the way that is expected in a home building/buying experience it has been good. One thing to note that I didn't previously is that I was surprised that KB did not provide a microwave or garage door opener. I would expect that a basic microwave would be included and then upgraded would be available but apparently not.

Huge thanks to the team for making our dream home a reality. The process was smooth, the team was super responsive, and the final result is even better than we imagined. The quality and value are definitely there. If you’re looking for a builder that actually keeps their word and delivers a great product, look no further!

Sales and service were excellent. Any and all requests were handled immediately. Cody took care any request immediately. Everything that was fixed was very minor. Salesman D was great. Followed up informed me of anything and was always available. KB Homes was the right choice.

Always goes out of the way, responsive, dedicated, considerate to wants/ needs and pleasant.

KB suppplied all aspects of our Texas homebuying experience. Builder, financer, insurer & confidant all covered by KB.

When you buy a home, make sure to look at all the little details. Things you don't normally notice until you start living in the house.

The finance team was the best part as they went above and beyond any questions I had. They were right on and transparent with all costs.

Tommy and Darla helped as much as they could. I was very satisfied with the experience.

Overall, excellent experience. Overall good quality. Our only issue was after we signed a contract for what was selling price, a week later prices were dropped substantially but we were stuck to the contract we signed. We probably would've upgraded if they would have allowed us. Other than that, we love the home.

Overall very solid experience from the entire KB team, amazing selection of options from the design studio along with solid construction and easy build process at a very reasonable price. Very happy with my choice.

There were multiple inspections with inadequate follow-ups and delayed communication. Due to several issues, we had to initiate follow-ups each time, as there appeared to be a lack of interest and initiative from the builder’s side.

This is my second time to build a home. This is my first time with KB Homes and I would do it all again. I watched the build on a weekly basis. Quality and speed were top notch. My home was finished a month early. The crew worked hard for me to get every detail right and they are still dropping by to check on my home in case I find something. I also financed through KB Homes and got a good promotional interest rate. This part was as smooth as the build. Everyone is focused on service. It is the most amazing thing. Everyone I came in contact with throughout my process was very friendly, helpful, and great to work with.

It was nice working with Loan officer Todd and construction manager Sam including sales person Jim.

Appliances are not working. Build quality is really bad. Even after 2 months closing still lot of issues.

Easy And perfect! Love our home!

Pretty mediocre build. Whoever you guys use for sub contractors need to be sat down and reviewed. Light switches, crooked. Toilet seats, over screwed to the point the rubber screw was stripped. Towel bars, drilled directly into the drywall. Speaker outlets on the ceiling, sprayed with wall texture. Double check areas that are low traffic to make sure it has a full coat of paint, and make sure they actually spray dry wall under places you wouldn’t think to look at first glance. Make sure your roof is sealed properly or you can get roof Rats in new developments pretty easy.

From the first look at our new home everything was wonderful. The sales staff were helpful and responsive. Steve, the builder took us through the home in detail and has been available for questions even after buying our home. Steve follows up with us on a monthly basis to make sure that all is well. We love our KB home and the entire experience of purchasing our home.

seems like anything that could go wrong with this builder did. biggest issue is the poor workmanship an distrust that things would get corrected in the right way. it was a struggle to get anything corrected or installed correctly
