I’m pleased so far with the project manager and the responsiveness when I have questions and needs. On the other side the experience through the mortgage approval and closing has been the worst experience ever. The closing was pushed more than 2 weeks from the original due date because the loan processor/analyst didn’t even check the emails I sent with the documents requested until the original “day of closing”. Documents where sent multiple times. No updates whatsoever after the delay, every day was a different story or request and no “target” day to close the loan. Easy to work with. Process was explained clearly and given timely updates. They finished a month early which worked out great. Overall very pleased with my purchase

The house is built with better quality and I do not have any complaints in that perspective. But the communication during the building construction progress could be better. There are a lot of false promises made which affect any individual both mentally and emotionally. It is really hard to change plans with the false promises from the builder.

It was a wonderful experience

The construction supervisor got transferred and the construction issues are not addressed, there is no point of contact now.

Let me advise one thing on the A/S work schedule. I would like to ask you to take care of customer point of view for the schedule. You are saying M to F 9am to 5pm only for this A/S. What should we do in case of nobody stay at home during weekdays. Then we can not get A/S? We are having inconvenience and stress. Please coordinate to work on Saturday for this kind special situation. Thanks.

There were plenty of delays for the move-in dates. We have been in the home for over a month, the 30-day visit has not been complete. Staff communication could be improved. Other than that, the house is built well. The value of the house is well priced. The location and the community are great.

Fast response to problems

Pretty mediocre build. Whoever you guys use for sub contractors need to be sat down and reviewed. Light switches, crooked. Toilet seats, over screwed to the point the rubber screw was stripped. Towel bars, drilled directly into the drywall. Speaker outlets on the ceiling, sprayed with wall texture. Double check areas that are low traffic to make sure it has a full coat of paint, and make sure they actually spray dry wall under places you wouldn’t think to look at first glance. Make sure your roof is sealed properly or you can get roof Rats in new developments pretty easy.

Good Builder. But they don't have much design options and we need to go with very limited options.

Submitting an offer to this house and sale person's responses were very prompt and smooth. The house is blocking lots of noise from outside. The looks from the outside is very stylish. But there are things I hope I didn't see after moving in are following. #1. Lots of construction leftovers are buried under my lawn. I had to dig out trashes, various sizes of cement blocks, plastic vinyl, etc. I expect more in different sections. #2. There are holes in the garage wall. #3. Nails are visible in the one of bathrooms. #4. Windows sizes are not consistent. Bottoms and top widths are different here and there. #5. I hear quite squeaking noises on the 2nd floor and stairs while walking around. I hear this kind of noise from my mother-in-law's house which is more than 30 years old. ... More
