I’m pleased so far with the project manager and the responsiveness when I have questions and needs. On the other side the experience through the mortgage approval and closing has been the worst experience ever. The closing was pushed more than 2 weeks from the original due date because the loan processor/analyst didn’t even check the emails I sent with the documents requested until the original “day of closing”. The house is built with better quality and I do not have any complaints in that perspective. But the communication during the building construction progress could be better. There are a lot of false promises made which affect any individual both mentally and emotionally. It is really hard to change plans with the false promises from the builder.

Let me advise one thing on the A/S work schedule. I would like to ask you to take care of customer point of view for the schedule. You are saying M to F 9am to 5pm only for this A/S. What should we do in case of nobody stay at home during weekdays. Then we can not get A/S? We are having inconvenience and stress. Please coordinate to work on Saturday for this kind special situation. Thanks.

There were plenty of delays for the move-in dates. We have been in the home for over a month, the 30-day visit has not been complete. Staff communication could be improved. Other than that, the house is built well. The value of the house is well priced. The location and the community are great.

Submitting an offer to this house and sale person's responses were very prompt and smooth. The house is blocking lots of noise from outside. The looks from the outside is very stylish. But there are things I hope I didn't see after moving in are following. #1. Lots of construction leftovers are buried under my lawn. I had to dig out trashes, various sizes of cement blocks, plastic vinyl, etc. I expect more in different sections. #2. There are holes in the garage wall. #3. Overall, the experience was subpar. Everything was going great in the process up until the point we signed our purchase agreement. After that, we went to studio and picked out all of our upgrades. Options were mispoken for, for ex: sprinkler system/gutters not included and were told they were. We upgraded to all gas appliances and upgraded appliance options and somehow they mistakenly did not include gas drop ins for our most important appliances such as the dryer and double connvection oven. My experience was great until it came down to closing. The title person handling my home was a pain. She wouldn't get on the portal that my lender had setup for all paperwork to go to one place. She was uncooperative on that part. Certain things that could have and should have been paid at closing they wanted paid up front. Anything that KB Homes tell you as far what they provide. Be sure to get it in writing

The house was beautiful when finished. There are items in the house that were unfinished and lots of design center issues that soured this experience. Advice: new hires need much better training. Me working in the real estate industry I really was able to see the lack of professionalism and experience and it didn’t make the process great. Wish I had worked with more veteran employees. The overall home buying experience was okay! There is absolutely no problem with the home but, I wish they treated the customers good enough because we faced issues with the sales person, who was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Despite multiple requests, certain tasks were only completed after persistent follow-ups, leaving a less than satisfactory impression on the customer service front.
