We are extremely happy with our purchase of our new home with KB Home. As a 1st time home buyer I am still blown away that I am a home owner. Fast response to problems

I’m pleased so far with the project manager and the responsiveness when I have questions and needs. On the other side the experience through the mortgage approval and closing has been the worst experience ever. The closing was pushed more than 2 weeks from the original due date because the loan processor/analyst didn’t even check the emails I sent with the documents requested until the original “day of closing”. Documents where sent multiple times. No updates whatsoever after the delay, every day was a different story or request and no “target” day to close the loan. Even the appraisal for a property of their own was delayed and coordinated super late in the process. I will never finance again with KB home ... More

The entire homebuying process from start to finish was a breeze with KB Home. Every question was answered in a timely manner, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The new home orientation was expertly handled. The home is well-built and everything is working fine. I would recommend a KB Home to anyone!

The KB home builder in Creeks of Legacy is the best. The builder is very approachable and responsive, and always gives us the up-to-date information about the status of the house. Also, they take care of any issues there may have. Absolutely amazing experience and highly recommended!

Our buying experience with KB was unique. Our home was a completed new build that we purchased, but that did not change the way KB took care of us I don't think. The sales rep and the builder talked to us each week, they were very responsive. All in all, we had a great experience with KB and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
