Kyle was fantastic and saved the whole experience for us. He sent us photos to update us on progress while they were building, had us come by and walk the property at certain stages and explain what is happening. Very friendly, responds by phone, email, and text and helped us resolve a mistake that was made by an outside vendor that we used to for some options. He went back and had it corrected in a couple of days at not cost to us. Walked us through the whole process and brought Greg(Warranty Manager) over to meet us so he could help with post close questions. Greg was also amazing, handling all issues that came up after moving in. We had a couple of issues after we moved in that we not his or Kyle's or KB's fault at all. Working with KB Homes to build our new house was an exceptional experience, resulting in a beautiful and well-crafted home that my family and I adore. The construction team was professional, the design process was seamless, and we were thrilled with the final product they delivered. However, this entire positive experience was dreadfully overshadowed by the sheer incompetence of their in-house financing, KBHS Home Loans. Our assigned loan officer, Rick Morgan, single-handedly turned a dream into a stressful nightmare through his consistent lack of communication and inability to manage our file properly. We faced constant delays, were given conflicting information, and felt completely unsupported during the most critical phase of the purchase. His unprofessionalism nearly cost us our closing date and added an immense amount of unnecessary anxiety to the process. While KB Homes as a builder exceeded our expectations, Rick our loan officer, failed us miserably. I would recommend the builder but strongly caution everyone to secure outside financing and avoid the in-house lending services at all costs. ... More

I enjoyed this process of my homebuying experience. The whole KB Home Team was absolutely great and pleasant. Everyone was very helpful and made sure things went well even after my closing. I don't have any intentions on moving anytime soon.

great design studio selections and floor plan options. Fast process and quality work

I love everything about KB HOme. The Rep was professional and understanding that my husband and I want to be in our first home. Our Rep helped us picked the best floor plan for us that we loved and was in budget. Loved how they took their time to talk us through the process and worked with us to the very end.

Everything was smooth from picking out my lot to the closing. Blayne who I like to point out was wonderful throughout the whole building process!

Our homebuying experience with KB Homes was great! After my wife and I (with the help of our realtor) found Mustang Ridge in Magnolia, TX, the sales agent (Don) helped us select the perfect house and the best lot location for it. After providing earnest money, the KB Home construction team (managed first by Michael, then John) began immediately to build the home of our dreams. They kept us regularly updated and fully informed on the steady progress of the construction process. They answered every question and addressed every concern as things developed. At several times during construction, there was uncertainty about having available utilities when they would be needed. This was quite out of the control of KB Homes, but their perseverance with the utility companies, as well as a strong dedication by the construction manager to meeting KB's deadlines, actually resulted in better performance by the utilitity companies and improved service for the whole subdivision. Despite some unavoidable delays (bad weather, supply-chain issues, permit approvals, etc.), the construction was completed within a week of the original estimate. After construction was completed, John acted without delay to correct all concerns that were identified. By the time we closed on the new home, everything had been finished to our satisfaction. My wife and I are extremely delighted with our KB Home. We smile with delight everyday as we enjoy our lives in our new home! ... More
