KB homes process was easy and as stress-free as a home buying/building process can be. Design studio made it feel so custom and a real experience to see and feel all the materials in person. Then working with my construction manager, *****, it was such a great feeling being able to trust the people and team building your home.

The team made the overwhelming process of buying a home dare I say easy? Shomari was there to answer all loan questions no matter how silly. Jeff and Will were there to provide updates all along the way. The quality is great and our inspector was shocked at how good everything was built. Overall great process

Our sales rep Jackie was great. Our contractor Brayden was good, we did have some hiccups but they were handled accordingly and overall we were happy. Our loan officer Andrew and frankly everyone on the loan side were horrible. Wildy unorganized and difficult to work with. I don't understand how such a large company can be such a mess. I would think there were standard procedures. Andrew's lack of attention or caring for our file was extremely apparent. We are happy to be in our home but because of Andrew and the loan team we will never use KBHS Lenders again.

My experience with KB Home has been very positive from start to finish. The inspection process was smooth, well-organized, and handled with professionalism, which gave me confidence throughout every stage. Trusted KB to build my home while I was living across the country. No regrets whatsoever. Jackie and Mike were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
