It was a great and smooth transition moving to our new house.Kudos to all the KB staff.Minor issues were address quickly.

It was a great experience. The construction manager Chad was very friendly and understanding.

My overall experience buying thisnhome started out amazing. In fact i didnt even think i was going to be buying a KB Home but the salesperson michael was amazing and when we saw the model home it was everything we wanted and the peefect price. The construction team was very communicative and during the build and kept me updated. My experience went south when my loan officer Victoria got involved. There was zero communication on locking in my interest rate so when it came time to close the interest rate had gone up! The only way we could get it back to the original rate is to do a adjustable rate mortgage and because of her bad communication i now had to roll the dice and hope i can refinance at some point in the next 5 years or take on future intrest rates which could cost us thousands of dollars in paying interest. I originally wanted 30 year fixed loan but the amaount of money it would have cost us to get the rate down was far outside what i budgeted. That was just the first experience. The next was no communication around the closing day! Yes the most important day of a homeowners journey she failed to give me accurate dates costing me even more money in extending my lease for a couple days and staying in a hotel for a couple days. The closing day wasnt just misquoted once not twice but three times. Keep in mind i have all my stuff packed up in a uhaul and am now having to pay extended uhaul rental days. I was basically homeless for a week with my fiance and a new born. When it came time for a manager to take care of the situation the response was slow and took forever. They told me multiple times “there is nothing we can do”. I finally got a hold of the regional manager and he was professional and able to offer me $1000 towards my closing. Though that didnt event slightly cover the cost of adjustments i had to make. I didnt really care about the money it was more that my feedback was heard to prevent anyone else from having this same experience. He also was able to help arrange a closing day on a saturday which i am appreciative even though it was still my loan officers fault for skipping over major details in the process that caused this. The icing on the cake was when we finally closed and got to our new home. The loan officer never told the construction manager about us closing on saturday so he could have the house cleaned and ready for us. So we came in to a home that didnt have its finishing touch. The construction manager brayden was able to get a crew out asap and have it cleaned but the breakdown in communication was unfortunate and again we just had to roll with the punches. As a homeowner i would now never want to buy a home again because of how tramatizing this experience was. As a loan officer you basically have the customers finacial future in the palm of your hands. The least you could do is slow down when it comes to MAJOR details and make sure the customer is caught up. My Home buying experience with KBHS was a smooth process.

I was promised a beautiful home and the KB Home team kept their promise. Thanks to the awesome front office KB Sales staff; Trinity and Naomi, the Project Mgmt Team; Brayden and everyone who contributed to the building of my new home. Looking forward to another project in the future.

My experience with the sales guys was great, but not so with KB management who seems invisible. They only use the small guys on the ground for issues that require leadership to address. Please ensure you ask all questions before construction begins, I assumed sprinkler system was part of the home, only to discover last minute, it's an additional expense, it was not disclosed in the beginning.

Deisi and Trey were phenomenal during this process. They were very attentive and made sure that we received the best service possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through this journey.

Great Price point, building process was ok but could use some improvements in the communication area.

Everyone representing KB was professional, kind, helpful and thorough. They checked up regularly and usually got back to us when they said they would. The information was really clear and they guided us really well through the process. In our home now, we have found it's a great deal for the money and are happy with the outcome. In many areas we are super happy with the quality of materials and workmanships. Some things were missed, some things were not done with as much care as we would have liked (some trash found under the sod) but overall we are very pleased.

It was fun going to design studio to pick everything out!

The process working with KB Homes was stress free. After choosing a home, we closed without any issues. Working with Adil and Dusty, was very informative. They made us feel like family.

The service provided was great.

Mr Greg has been very helpful. He is always ready to offer his time to us when we have questions. Updates us weekly as well. Easy to approach.
