I was extremely happy with the KB Construction Team. Reem, my sales person and Dustin, the Project Manager, were exceptional in keeping me informed. The building process in 2021 was full of delays and material shortages. Dustin and Reem kept me informed so I could make informed decisions and get to closing with the least amount of headache as possible.

They are on top of everything with house updates every week and is such a smooth process because they have their own app and everything u need you upload through app.

KB Homes has a wonderful staff. They always respond to your concerns in a timely manner. The sales and construction team always keep you updated weekly on the progress of your home. I am happy with my new home overall. All of the staff I came across in the home buying process were great and very helpful. I appreciate the weekly updates and the quality of the home. I think the value for the price was good. The several phone calls to leave reviews were a little annoying, however.

They were so in sync It has to be a culture a way of daily business to support, to care ,and to share their time and experience to make this a great experience!!!

There are few architectural in design issues that should be a looked at. 1. Design issues, there should be a diagram of where the electrical fixtures are going to be at design studio to make better decisions. 2. Architecturely bathroom 2 and 3 have little space to keep trash can by the toilet and the sink and that also causes a problem in cleaning that area.
