There are few architectural in design issues that should be a looked at. 1. Design issues, there should be a diagram of where the electrical fixtures are going to be at design studio to make better decisions. 2. Architecturely bathroom 2 and 3 have little space to keep trash can by the toilet and the sink and that also causes a problem in cleaning that area.

As a first time home buyer, l was really scared to venture into the process considering everything negative l have heard from others. However, my experience with KB home was surprisingly great. When we started, l realized the process was well thought and organized. I was told that someone will contact me weekly to give the progress information and they actually did. I know everything that's going on with my new home because James, the biulder called me every Friday and so were the contacts from Doug the sales manager. I love the fact that l went to their studio to pick out every details and l remembered how comfortable l was with the designer. I wasn't pressured to choose any design that l wasn't comfortable with. Rather, l was being assisted to make even better choice. And the finishing of my house is amazing. The loan process wasn't bad as well. Luis was the loan officer. I benefited from his great experience and when l got nervous about the closing date towards the end, he ensured that all the necessities were in place in time to close as soon as possible. Overall, l will recommend KB Homes to new buyers simply because the experience is less stressful and you have a choice on how your home is designed. Alma was so helpful and professional, was really nice working with her, she was quick and very helpful, I would like to mention James as well, he helped alot with home warranty and fixing some issues after closing on the house. In general I had a great experience dealing with KB home builder and all of its staff. Thanks.

It was stressful at first, (first home) but the David & John put my mind at ease. As the house was being built, I received weekly updates, including pictures. When it was time for the final inspection, John made sure I understood that I had to be 100% satisfied with the house before closing. David has come by and John has called after I moved in to make sure everything is ok. I'm very happy with my house.

My experience with KB Homes was wonderful. My construction leader Mike kept me up to date with the building process every Friday.

Great overall experience! We had 2 different superintendents during the build process, the first ended up leaving to a different community after the first month or so. Either way both GREAT at what they do! My main superintendent has been on top of everything even after the move in/ closing date! Very satisfied and it’s great to know that when I have a issue pop up little or big, he is always on it and there to help!

My overall experience was pretty exceptional, although buying a home is exciting, (before and after), my “team” went above and beyond my expectations. Rhonda(sales) , Sandra (processing) and Chad (construction) ALL deserve more than 5 stars .

I fell in love with the house from the first time I saw model house I knee it was for me. Not only does the house exceed my expectations in quality but also all the people from KB Home that followed up with me throughout the process were always friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending you to buy a home with KB Home, they are beautiful!!!

Im happy with house and neighborhood is good

My opinion is any house with four bedrooms need to have three bathrooms because with two bathrooms not enough for their family and guests.

The whole process was pretty effortless. From choosing our home, making selections at the design studio, financing & closing. Our questions were answered, no matter how trivial.
