Be patient when a lousy presidential administration has been elected as the interest rates and inflation will go up due to stupid policies, supplies will be limited, good people will be laid off, people will cancel contracts, and everything will take longer than it should. We love our new home as it feels well built, quiet and comfortable., I love the filtration system included with the a/c, lots of electrical outlets so very few extension cords are needed.

Everyone was really helpful. Had a great experience. Nikki, Chad, Sapna everyone was superb.

My experience with buying a home at KB Home was great.

Tom was good at helping me with my walk through. He also was patient in answering all of my questions regarding caring for items in my home. As for the rest of it- I wish my buying experience only on my enemy or my ex. Everything is a RUSH! Politeness is out the door when questions are asked. I did not design my house, but I love it. However, there are things that I missed in the walk thru, even though I couldn't change at that point, that are weird in design and for homeowners to deal with daily. Maybe this will help the builder and the next buyer: the counter is far out in the primary shower that it doesn't allow you to have space to step out of the water's range while taking a shower. Oh, and a switch for overhead lighting under the kitchen sink is dysfunctional. ... More

3 months delay caused a closing on a higher interest rate. Finishing wasn't that good. Everything in the house is a standard and you have to pay to upgrade, upgrades only cost me $31k. Little details could make difference and help me save money such as adding a towel hanger next to the shower. But one employee can change your experience and I have to thank the superintendent Bobby who delivered my house, he is super nice and professional.

It seems like I am living in a dream world. My home is so welcoming and nice, also the neighborhood is great.

Sales was incompetent. Kept messing up the documents, blamed us, and never looked into the possibility that the problem was on her end, which it always was. Worse, value was low. Did NOT include refrigerator, washer, dryer which many but not all homebuilders supply. Did NOT include sprinkler system, garage door opener, ceiling fans, cabinet handles which every other homebuilder that I toured did supply. Good quality (which is why I bought) and good location but no amenities at all.

It was a smooth process. Cecilio and Eric were of great help.

Overall experience was great. From start to finish the building process was the easiest of the journey. Jake, the construction manager was very informative and communicative and kept us up to date. Any issues we brought up to him he got fixed right away. Mortgage and sales is a little different. We ran into some issues that delayed our closing by 15 days with mortgage and our sales rep was not very communicative and felt very pushy when he was communicating. But overall, if I had to do it again with just kb as a builder I would. If I had to go through the process with the kb sales team and mortgage team included, I probably would not go with them. ...
