it's been almost 2 months in our new home and little by little things are starting to fall apart. started with the garage and now down to smaller items that I'm able to fix on my own.

KB homes are great my experience was amazing starting from the time I seen the model home until the time my house was completed they have great customer service and the people that help you through out the process are amazing

The house is great and the quality is top notch. The only thing is the house needed a deep clean. There was paint and plaster all over the floors, countertops, pretty much all surfaces. The garage door is probably the loudest belt driven I’ve heard but am told that’s the best that can be done.

My new home buying experience was exceptional. The professionalism, expertise and the use of technology and all the process went smooth and efficient.

I had an amazing relationship with Brandon. He was very communicative through the whole process and even after I closed. He was patient with explaining everything. This was my first home so I asked multiple questions and even asked some of the same questions more than twice. He never got upset. He always made time to explain whether on phone or in person. Great guy all around. Will definitely recommend

The entire process has been GREAT! From the Sales Team (Theo),Design Center (Jacqueline), Construction Supervisor (David), Loan Dept (Sonya), KB HOMES follow up (Nicole). All have made the process less stressful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND KB Homes to anyone in the market. Great home at Great price and Great location!

Right from the signing of the contract to buy, its been a pleasurable experience. The builder has an awesome customer support team! Kudos to the whole team

I did not have any real issues with this builder. I love my floor plan. The house was built in a timely manner considering the issued with backordered and delayed materials. I was told when the process started that is was highly possible the the home would not be completed on schedule and it was not however it was completed and I have moved in. The construction manager was very helpful and responsive and I appreciated that.

I love the experience with KB Homes everything was perfect.

Live this neighborhood. Wish we had a pool.

all staff involved were excellent. From sales to construction to mortgage. Everyone involved was great and we were fortunate enough to be able to follow our home from a dirt lot to its completed state that we love.

I like my new home, everything until moment is great, all the services provide it . The area is so pretty and quiet.
