I love my new home,

it was going so well since 4 days left before the closing date. They let me know about the delay 4 DAYS before closing and I had to pay extra money to Airbnb and the storage. Because I moved from California and had nowhere to stay you shouldn't trust them and take some action about what they promised about the closing date.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish.

I could not give 5 stars because everything were good, except the old KB loan team were incompetence and did not co-operate to lock interest rate for my mortgage. As a result, it cost me higher mortgage at closing with new loan team. Other than that, sale, maintenance, construction were all good.

I really did enjoy our entire home buying experience. Everything from the sales, financing, contractor, and believe it or not, even the closing process. The area we chose is very peaceful and quiet, we love the scene driving to and from work. The home elevations are very beautiful and the floor plans are awesome and very functional. The reason I gave 4 stars for quality it is not because of the materials used, it is simply because it just seems that towards the end, things were done in a rush and there's a lot of areas that could've used more attention and detail. Just makes it look like you're not the first person to live in the home. Not something you want as a first time homebuyer. Hoping that it is nothing a few touch ups can't fix. super nice people to work with

It take more than 1 year to complete building my house. I was lie to by initial sale person than there was not material shortage and later found out not the case. Th workman ship is terrible. I had to hire home inspector top find 20 flaws. The front and back side concrete crack before we move in. The water heater van is leaking form the roof despite numerous effort to get it fixed. Do not recommended to buy house build by KB home.

Our house did not have the upgrades we selected at the studio. We realized that only after closing. They haven't fixed it yet and is delayed for ever. Rest everything is good so far.

The house is great. The construction manager is corporative.

My expectations of my home were met. Am really happy with my new home. I would definitely recommend
