Sales team all the way through mortgage and construction was amazing. Especially Chad who was my construction manager went above and beyond with everything we needed. Very professional, responsive and made sure everything was to our utmost satisfaction.

Love the new home. Staff were approacgable and friendly. Construction encountered delays but overall a great experience. Warranty program is also very good

KB homes is a great place to buy your dream house. I really love my new house. Just wish I had prior experience buying a house so I could get certain things inplace on the house before I moved it.

Kari, my sales person was great. Everyone was great before closing. But it seems once you close, PM's disappear and don't respond. I have had major issues with doors and paint in my house, it keeps happening and it is very frustrating. The PM, Paul and Shelby in customer claims have been good to work with, but I need this issue to be corrected so that it doesn't happen anymore.

I was not able to use kb home lenders for the fact there was something on my credit report and they declined my application before I could correct the error with the credit agency. But Ken, the sales representative was awesome. He became inspirational and was there with me to the very end. I know I gave up after the rejection but Ken advised me to follow up with the credit agency which I did and the error was instantly corrected. I termed him my guiding Angel. Then comes the other out standing professionals from the Studio lady who was spot on ( I did my studio selections online-COVID 19) to the builders and I was getting timely updates and I visited countless times to keep up with the developments. I did not use an agent but I made sure I knew what was going on and what’s next to follow. Quite an experience. The greatest thing in the end, I got my dream home. It was worth the wait and the price awesome ( I was constantly checking out other builders price). The day I got my keys, went inside what’s now my home for the first time , tears rolled down like bursted water pipe, tears of joy. This is like a dream come true , actually more than I ever imagined and I found myself on my knees giving Glory to the God. ... More

It was a great experience with buying my new home. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The only minor issues I’ve noticed after moving in was sloppy caulking and painting in certain areas. They could really use some new construction workers, most of them are lazy!

Sales lady misrepresented what was included in base price , seldom followed up , and pushed document to sign which had not been filled out . Lax attitude from construction supervisor throughout building process Ie ( roof ) asked multiple times to inspect it and is now in need of repair . Customer service not following through on things needing replaced or repaired , requested at 10 day review ( we are 6 weeks post closing ) still undone . And lastly I sent email back in November after receiving a welcome card from ( name I don’t recall ) listing concerns I had , that has yet to be replied to .. enough said ! They don’t care ! ... Our experience with KB wasn’t the best I do hope you guys can work more in the area of communication.It’s always very hard to reach out to the administrative staff.The field staff is ok as a matter of fact Mr Christian is a wonderful man,you can always reach him anytime you want and he keeps you updated on the building progress. I believe KB is using cheap materials for the building construction the concrete the whole building is on is not of good quality we have been seen holes everywhere.

Buying your first home has its uncertainty but KB Home Representatives were with me every step of the way. They provided detailed instructions on what I needed to do to secure my home. I love the fact that the representatives, Trish, Chase. Sonya and Michelle, all had my best interest at heart. As a homebuyer, patience and diligence is what you need to survive the process. There will be challenges but if you are able to trust your homebuying team, you can secure your purchase, like I did. I am eternally grateful for their guidance and consistency throughout this process.

unfortunately we had to wait longer than originally indicated, there are several observations that you will only be able to see until you live in the house, the person who does the landscape did a poor quality job but being a contractor we do not know what agreements they reach with Kbhomes for the elaboration of the work and what materials they will occupy, on the other hand, take the time to measure the surfaces of each room so that you are sure that your furniture has the necessary space, If you are one of those who uses your garage as a warehouse, you will not have a problem, but if you use your garage for what it is intended for, I will tell you that the garages are small and a family van is at the limit, making it very difficult to walk through the garage if necessary. and opening the trunk becomes a bit complicated task Finally, I would advise you not to minimize any detail before moving to your new home and make this purchase a pleasant experience. ... Service response can be better.

My name is not important what I'm about to tell you is. I used this company to find my forever home and we are highly disappointed with our purchase. First of all they do not honor the soilder that fought for this country. They told me they do not deal with VA loans and that would mean I had to do a conventional loan. They will attempt to sell you a house with shotty craftsmanship. They have amassed great wealth at the cost of the buyer. There homes come with the bare minimum. I.E. laminated flooring and maybe some tile for bathroom or kitchen. Then when you inspect the work closely you will see the flaws that they want you to pay top dollar for. You pay close to 400.000 for a home with not one ceiling fan or a garage door opener. They even reduce the size of the driveway that is supposed to allow 2 cars to fit comfortably. When I took ownership of the property, then walk the home and found that paint was spilled on the floors throughout the entire house. I spoke with the salesman and informed him of this, he stated it would be taken care of, it never happened. So to sum things up this company is all about the money and forget about you once the deal is closed. Take it from a company that is living the life of capitalism at its best here in America. You are free to make your own decisions about where you spend your money , I will never ever tell one person to invest there money into a home with this company. Buyer beware ... More

Sale rep and construction not on the same page, various items not completed prior to final walk through. Slow to f/u with ticket claims with home warranty service advisor for community. Overall not a great experience.
