Service response can be better.

My name is not important what I'm about to tell you is. I used this company to find my forever home and we are highly disappointed with our purchase. First of all they do not honor the soilder that fought for this country. They told me they do not deal with VA loans and that would mean I had to do a conventional loan. They will attempt to sell you a house with shotty craftsmanship. They have amassed great wealth at the cost of the buyer. There homes come with the bare minimum. I.E. laminated flooring and maybe some tile for bathroom or kitchen. Then when you inspect the work closely you will see the flaws that they want you to pay top dollar for. You pay close to 400.000 for a home with not one ceiling fan or a garage door opener. They even reduce the size of the driveway that is supposed to allow 2 cars to fit comfortably. When I took ownership of the property, then walk the home and found that paint was spilled on the floors throughout the entire house. I spoke with the salesman and informed him of this, he stated it would be taken care of, it never happened. So to sum things up this company is all about the money and forget about you once the deal is closed. Take it from a company that is living the life of capitalism at its best here in America. Sale rep and construction not on the same page, various items not completed prior to final walk through. Slow to f/u with ticket claims with home warranty service advisor for community. Overall not a great experience.

Everything went well. For the closing is very smooth and no stress.Our family are happy to have our new home. The quality of the materials is the best. The construction manager and loan officer are very helpfull, responsible and very cooperative.

Good prices for good homes I recommend Kb home for first time home buyers.

Take your time to check everything carefully before signing off. My brand new stainless steel sink has been scratch, also my counter top. The paint on my garage still showing streaks of white paint, My front doorknob has a different color paint than my stain door. At the bottom of my front door I can see daylight . I notice a hole on the ceiling in my closet. Painting looks like my 5 yr old nephew did it. The fence is poorly put together. Workmanship gets a F - …….

Others builder 's material and floor plan are better

We started looking for a home when the market had just started to get hectic here. After several disappointing outbids, we decided to go in the direction of a new build. We loved the model we saw, and the neighborhood/location was great. It was a very lengthy process for us due to shortages, and I do not recommend doing in-house financing with KBHS home loans, but now that we have closed and have that behind us, we are so pleased with our home. And if you have the good fortune of having Chad be your PM, the building process will be outstanding.

Chad made sure all of our concerns were addressed, he updated us weekly, and took great care of us. We are first time home buyers, so he set the bar pretty high going forward. Thanks Chad!
