it's only been about 45 days but so far so good in this new house, no complaints at previous KB home so optimistic about this one as well ;-) will note however that KBHS (partially owned by KB Home) needs significant improvement in their transparency and professionalism

From day 1 Kb employees were very attentive with me, They were very helpful! Until today 2 months after moving in the are following up as promised with everything they told they would do! I had a great experience....

Stupendous experience since the beginning until when I got my houses's keys. Supported by a an excellent staff of professionals.

We have had one or two issues in the house since we moved in, which I guess is normal, the good thing though is that they were taken care of promptly, The construction staff ( Mr Eric & Randy ) have superceded our expectations in helping us and giving us useful tips since this is our first house and we were very nervous when we were moving in. I think KB is doing a very good job in After sales, they can improve in the sales department though.

Was impressed with the overall buying experience, being a first time buyer. And after moving in, the sales service is quick and timely when I have any questions or concerns.

Building a new home could be very stressful and time consuming but KB Home staff helps you all the steps of the way making the whole process easier and less painful.

KB always had someone available to answer questions and help out - very proactive and did a good job anticipating our needs. We made some last minute changes that really challenged the Sales group but they made it happen. The KB guys doing the building (Ops) were really good. Example: they found things on the walk around that I did not see - and corrected them. Very helpful and responsive employees.

If I had to do it again I still will purchase my home from KB great people ro work with.

So far we love our house. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful every step of the way!
