AJ was great! He took the time to show us multiple homes , went over everything KB homes offered. Once we decided to go with them he followed up with me on a daily basis. Best sales agent!! Project manager was great as well.

Loan company is horrible other wise its been good

The entire staff from KB Home treated me with the utmost respect. Cristina, Dusty and Carolyn really made my home-buying experience great! They didn't treat me like I was just another client; but they made me feel like family. I could not have received any better than what this team provided. I never met the owner(s) of KB, but I have met the people hired. Employees are caring, skilled, and generous with facts. . I was informed weekly of each step in the construction of my home. Steps taken are evident in making an energy saving and durable home. My home is beautiful and I love it. I will and have recommended KB to family and friends.

Great first time homebuyer experience with KB homes

Since this is my first house, I don't have detailed knowledge about the quality. But as to my three months experience it is the best and I love it. Better quality fair price in comparison with current market.

Good timing and customer service!

The workmanship is one of the major keys that makes the house not worth the price. Everything was so thrown together and now we have to deal with asking them to fix several things that appear to be KNOWN issues but overlooked just to go ahead and secure the sale.

I lost $70K because of KB Lender. Long story but just saying stay away from the KB Mortgage!!!

Thank you for working with us on our concerns on time every time. But i must say the door knobs coming off so far 4 in less than 2 months is not good. I have decided to overlook that i almost gave 4 stars.

I enjoyed all the process, I was updated at every litle step answer all the question . I had. I recommend KBhome to every body. the things I love most is their floor plan I have now all the space needed for my kids.

Sales promised a complete home in 6 months however the construction team said it would be closer to 9. So from the beginning, I was being misled. My weekly updates were not always kept, one time i had to ping the construction mgr as I hadn't heard from him in a month. The updates were never complete. If 5 things were complete, i was informed about one. Sales promised weekly updates and photos and that never happened. I hired a 3rd party inspector and he pointed out issues that I then had to beg to get addressed. The best advice I would give someone is research everything and stay in top of the construction team. Get a 3rd party inspector. Loan and design studio personnel were top notch. I felt pressured over and over again to rate the team with 10s even though they know they were not warranted. ... More

My realtor was the one who told me about the builder. Signing for my home in the beginning was a breeze. But after I signed, it took months before they finally began building my home. Then, they switched the head builder for my home 3 times. I would never really get any updates on my home and how it was coming along. Not to mention the home that they presented to me looked nothing like my home. So I didn't really know exactly how my home was going to look in the inside. And now that I'm finally in my home after literally 17-18 months of waiting, I'm finally happy. Me and my kids. But to tell you the truth, I wouldn't refer anyone to this company. ... More
