It is a good work team, excellent service, I am very happy with my new house.

I was so surprised how fast the home went up, after the foundation was set. The contract supervisor kept me informed every week on the progress. When I finally moved in I had a couple of small issues like attic door needed lubricating and dryer wasn't working with outlet, they fixed both issues within 3 days.

Some of the Best personable caring and approachable individuals I have ever came across! The dream team that isn’t recognized by any one but us small people! Juwana

Great first time home buyer experience with KB

From the get go all salesman and KB employees were great to work with from the design center to on site sales to the construction supervisor, got us into our new home on the time we we’re told and given. Great experience.

Starting with the KB Home real estate agents. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very curtesy with the buyers. KB agent Naomi kept me informed weekly after signing my contract and after the closing too! The mortgage team manger Victoria were excellent in the mortgage process and the negotiations of the sale. I felt very satisfied with the negotiated price, incentives offered, the closing cost and interest offered by KB. The Construction Team Supervisor Bobby did an exceptional job in the construction schedule has planned, maintained the cost planned, and completed the technical requirement on time. He kept me informed of construction status weekly and after the closing is always following up to see if everything is going well with the house. As to be expected. There were some things that needed to be worked on after our closing date. Brayden and Ash were prompt and active in getting all of those things corrected. They checked in (without us having to call them) often even after closing to ensure our living arrangements were up to par, and to that the KB standard that they sold us were being met!

As first time homebuyers, KB made the process really seamless. If any questions arose whether it be with construction or loans, we had great responses to make sure we understood what was happening and the reasoning. We also really loved all the choices available in the design studio, a way to make our home feel custom to what we wanted as opposed to a “cookie cutter” feel. I would definitely recommend KB fo other homebuyers. We love our KB home!!

My experience, beginning with Cecilio in sales, was wonderful! Cecilio was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Mark, my KB loan officer, and his team, provided me very good information regarding the loan process and what to expect and when. This provided me the opportunity to make decisions that were in my best interests. Chad, the construction supervisor, was also extremely helpful. He oriented me to my new home and clearly communicated information about the different systems and how to correctly use them. He returned my phone calls very promptly. He encouraged questions and made himself available if I needed specific information. In summary, the KB Homebuying experience was one that I trusted, felt my interests were taken seriously and a process that provided me good, clear information that translated into a smooth transition from signing the contract to the final closing, to moving into my new KB Home.
