My experience was wonderful

Home buying experience was alright but the quality of workmanship is average or below average

The entire process was well organized, communication was consistent, and the team was always helpful whenever questions or concerns came up. The team made the overwhelming process of buying a home dare I say easy? Shomari was there to answer all loan questions no matter how silly. Jeff and Will were there to provide updates all along the way. The quality is great and our inspector was shocked at how good everything was built. Overall great process

Our sales rep Jackie was great. Our contractor Brayden was good, we did have some hiccups but they were handled accordingly and overall we were happy. Our loan officer Andrew and frankly everyone on the loan side were horrible. Wildy unorganized and difficult to work with. I don't understand how such a large company can be such a mess. I would think there were standard procedures. Andrew's lack of attention or caring for our file was extremely apparent. We are happy to be in our home but because of Andrew and the loan team we will never use KBHS Lenders again.

My experience with KB Home has been very positive from start to finish. The quality of the materials is excellent, the finishes are well executed, and there are thoughtful details that truly set them apart from other builders. The inspection process was smooth, well-organized, and handled with professionalism, which gave me confidence throughout every stage. I’m truly happy with my new home and appreciate the level of care and commitment demonstrated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and a great home-buying experience.

Trusted KB to build my home while I was living across the country. No regrets whatsoever. Jackie and Mike were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I had an amazing experience buying our 1st house with KB Homes. From seeing houses to going to closing, everyone was amazing. We build our home. From choosing our floor plan, to going to the studio, from getting updates from the builder to our amazing loan officer. Everyone was amazing and we are so happy. I highly recommend everyone to KB Homes.

Shomari is THE BEST!! he is so caring and takes his time explaining everything to make sure I understood and was comfortable. He also always made sure all our tasks were completed in a timely manner and He was always on top of it! So thankful for Shomari during this process and all of his help!!! Be aware after living here for a month or so I find the workmanship was very rushed to be specific the finish work like the calking and wall repairs and trim fitment and the clean up! Also kb could spend a little more to put better product like door handles soft close hinges and don’t paint the door hinges!!!

We had a great experience purchasing and working though the process. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t all easy going but KB Homes has great people and systems in place to make sure you have a wonderfully built home.
