We had an awesome experience with our KB Team in Richmond Texas. The sales representative, loan officer (all the team) and the superintendent builder were very active, attentive and responsive. They listened our needs and guide us through the whole process, we had a third party inspector performing a review of the property. The builder accepted and correct all the findings promptly and efficiently. Most of the process was okay and we are in love with our home, however because we are first-time buyers we had no idea what all of the important questions were or what information we needed to provide. Unfortunately KB wasn't on top of this either and we had to constantly scramble to provide them information last minute or to ask them questions about VERY important time sensitive stuff. If you know that a couple is a first time buyer, stay on top of them and make sure they understand deadlines, small details, and etc.
