I absolutely enjoyed working with my team at KB Home Bryan Crossing. Throughout my entire process, everyone made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I were the only customer they had. They, personally, kept me up to date each week regarding the building of my home. AJ, Jacqueline, Julio, Tom, and Jimmy were always there when I called. I'm glad that I entrusted KB Home with the biggest purchase of my life. I wish that everyone could have this experience!!!

The builders and sales person were professional and friendly, and we got a good value for money gone. The client manager is very responsive and ensures concerns we’re addressed promptly.

The superintendent talked a great game but has fallen short in completing his job! The people who installed the grass did a very poor job grading and installation. There are low places and high places which was filled in with pit soil and still has not solved the problem. The job is unacceptable and needs to be done correctly which calls for removal of existing grass regrading placement of soil and reinstalling new grass. This has been brought to the attention of your company!

Sales rep, construction supervisor, and warranty rep all have outstanding attitude and are very helpful. Had some small issues after the home was closed but they handled everything timely. Good team.

This has been the worst experience! As a first time home buyer, I would have never expected to have gone through such poor construction and customer service as I’ve experienced. I definitely don’t feel I’ve received the value of a $300,000 home. We’ve had nothing but one complication after another and it all started within the first 24 hours of moving in when we had a small flood in our laundry room because a pipe was disconnected. Then after that they discovered another one disconnected in the main sewer drain. In total my yard was dug up three times in three weeks to fix problems that should have been caught during inspections. I’ve had electrical issues, drainage, incomplete tile issues, paint issues, sink holes, and the list goes on and on. I don’t feel my foundation is safe! KB Homes took away all the joy of my first home purchase. I’ve reached out several times for someone at corporate to contact me. Why me? Why my house? Why so many issues? Look over very carefully before closing. We closed and then noticed a lot of problems dirty dirty wall garage floor concrete problems and grout all over the walls and was told the garage didn’t matter was not considered important to them

Had a great experience with KB homes

Although my experience started out a little rocky with the amount of delays such as, the lumber not being ordered in the time frame during building, or the amount of time (2 months) it took to receive a part needed for the HVAC, or the lack of knowledge of the process stages from my sales agent. Towards the end I escalated my concerns and issues to upper management and everything was resolved timely and to my satisfaction. I would recommend KB to other buyers but the buyer would definitely have to remain on top of things other wise it will fall between the cracks.

Overall, I'm happy with the home itself and have no regrets. It's not the *highest quality* home out there, but, for what it cost, I can't complain too much. That's not to say that the quality is abysmal -- it's a very decent home that looks and feels good and is about worth what I paid. However, the closing process was awful. To be clear, the KB Team responsible for the building and completion of the home was great: I was given timely and accurate updates and the home itself was completed in time to meet a potential close date that would have worked well with my schedule. Unfortunately, it seems that the internal communication within the KB team is nonexistent: The part of the KB Team that was responsible for making sure that everything was in place for the clear-to-close was unaware of the status of the build and the appraisal never happened. I ended up getting a text the day before we were originally supposed to close saying that we cannot close the next day. The next two weeks involved back-and-forth texting and emailing, every day, trying to determine which day we should plan to close, only to be told "we don't know." It was a logistical nightmare. Finally, on the second to last possible day that I was available before being out of town for a week, I receive an email letting me know that the appraisal arrived and that we're clear to close. The rest of that day was a scramble to get out of work early and make it to the title company. It was smooth all the way through, and I love my new house, the house is very well build, the KB Home team was very attentive, helpful and kind. They alway answer my questions and concern right away. Highly recommend KB Home.

He responded my requests in a prompt and professional manner, and, undoubtedly, his high-quality work is in accordance with KB Home's high standards. My whole experience with KB Home was very smooth and comfortable!

The experience was scary but we had a great team that helped us.

Sales and construction staff were friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with the final walk-through and resolution of any minor issues.
