It was not a great experience for the first time

Great new home! Service is top of the line

KB Home's construction manager always kept me posted on any progress on a weekly basis. He responded my requests in a prompt and professional manner, and, undoubtedly, his high-quality work is in accordance with KB Home's high standards. My whole experience with KB Home was very smooth and comfortable!

The experience was scary but we had a great team that helped us.

Sales and construction staff were friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with the final walk-through and resolution of any minor issues.

They was ok ,but could do better on the quality of their yards and construction workers work. But overall I give them a 3

All the employees that were connected to KB Homes were most helpful and had a way of making you feel that your home being done right was very important to them. That our satisfaction with the whole buying experience and now the living experience in the home is top rate. We are extremely satisfied with the home and would highly recommend KB Homes to potential buyers.

Rough start but things got better.

In the beginning there were some non-communication issues with the financial part and construction (toward the end) but that was remedied. Everyone was pleasant during the process just a few areas that need improvement. There were some minor cosmetic issues with the house as far as workmanship (a little disappointing) My warranty rep Kyle has been great getting everything I need fixed. He stays in contact with me weekly to make sure all my concerns with the house are getting done. Thus making me a happy customer.

We had an amazing experience, even with some covid delays. We had an excellent, knowledgeable team working with us, and they took great of us! I would absolutely choose them again and highly recommend. We absolutely LOVE our new home!!!

We did have a couple of minor construction issues after moving into the home but customer was quick in responding to our concerns.

Bad communication with the builder… But on another note..Mrs Kathy was the one who really made this experience so wonderful… I give her all praise…

DON'T BUY KB! YOU WILL NEED TO FIX AND REMODEL YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE AFTER CLOSING. CHEAP MATERIAL! WORKERS DON'T CARE HOW THEY INSTALL APPLIANCES. I CLOSE MY HOUSE ON AUGUST 31ST, 2021 AND TILL TODAY MY OVEN DOESN'T WORK, MY DISHWASHER, AND THE I CAN CONTINUE...
