My experience with KB Homes was terrible from the start and continued to be bad through owning the home. Even after I finally was able to move in, there are multiple construction issues that weren't addressed. I like the floor plan of my home, but would not recommend KB Homes to anyone.

This whole home buying process through kb homes was ridiculous! This was by far the WORST homebuying experience ever! I have had 3 homes built, and we'll just say this pales by comparison!

The overall experience was great, there where however typical type items that came up during the building process that more communication could have helped.

I was extremely happy with the KB Construction Team. Reem, my sales person and Dustin, the Project Manager, were exceptional in keeping me informed. The building process in 2021 was full of delays and material shortages. Dustin and Reem kept me informed so I could make informed decisions and get to closing with the least amount of headache as possible.

They are on top of everything with house updates every week and is such a smooth process because they have their own app and everything u need you upload through app.

KB Homes has a wonderful staff. They always respond to your concerns in a timely manner. The sales and construction team always keep you updated weekly on the progress of your home.
