Our journey began when we met Jackie! We had an instant connection which made the process so much fun. Incentives galore helped us create our perfect home. We stayed with the KB circle for insurance and financing as well. Everyone helped with the lowest prices and explanation of all processes. Rick and his entire team, top notch!

Everyone representing KB was professional, kind, helpful and thorough. They checked up regularly and usually got back to us when they said they would. The information was really clear and they guided us really well through the process. In our home now, we have found it's a great deal for the money and are happy with the outcome. In many areas we are super happy with the quality of materials and workmanships. Some things were missed, some things were not done with as much care as we would have liked (some trash found under the sod) but overall we are very pleased.

During construction, my husband and I delightfully witnessed a prepared pathway to our home and every home under construction. The home was regularly cleaned during construction. We visited other "high end" builders and was shocked to see the deplorable conditions of their construction environment. After move-in, we had some minor “adjustments” needed. We know problems may arise. It’s the way the problems are handled that makes the difference. The customer service team (Shelbi), has been quick to respond with good solutions. We are happy with our purchase.

I really did enjoy our entire home buying experience. Everything from the sales, financing, contractor, and believe it or not, even the closing process. The area we chose is very peaceful and quiet, we love the scene driving to and from work. The home elevations are very beautiful and the floor plans are awesome and very functional. The reason I gave 4 stars for quality it is not because of the materials used, it is simply because it just seems that towards the end, things were done in a rush and there's a lot of areas that could've used more attention and detail. Just makes it look like you're not the first person to live in the home. Not something you want as a first time homebuyer. Hoping that it is nothing a few touch ups can't fix. I had a great buying experience with KB Homes and the two people who deserved recognition are Shannon (construction) and Grey (Sales). They were always attentive and accommodating.

I was not able to use kb home lenders for the fact there was something on my credit report and they declined my application before I could correct the error with the credit agency. But Ken, the sales representative was awesome. He became inspirational and was there with me to the very end. I know I gave up after the rejection but Ken advised me to follow up with the credit agency which I did and the error was instantly corrected. I termed him my guiding Angel. Then comes the other out standing professionals from the Studio lady who was spot on ( I did my studio selections online-COVID 19) to the builders and I was getting timely updates and I visited countless times to keep up with the developments. I did not use an agent but I made sure I knew what was going on and what’s next to follow. Quite an experience. The greatest thing in the end, I got my dream home. It was worth the wait and the price awesome ( I was constantly checking out other builders price). The day I got my keys, went inside what’s now my home for the first time , tears rolled down like bursted water pipe, tears of joy.
