The first time I saw the model home, I knew it was the one and I got exactly that. Great communication between everyone answering any questions and concern that I had. Overall great house buying experience.

I was extremely happy with the KB Construction Team. Reem, my sales person and Dustin, the Project Manager, were exceptional in keeping me informed. The building process in 2021 was full of delays and material shortages. Dustin and Reem kept me informed so I could make informed decisions and get to closing with the least amount of headache as possible.

They are on top of everything with house updates every week and is such a smooth process because they have their own app and everything u need you upload through app.

KB Homes has a wonderful staff. They always respond to your concerns in a timely manner. The sales and construction team always keep you updated weekly on the progress of your home. Great value and prices. I had to keep an eye on my construction team since they weren't very good with deadlines or forgetting small details. Their design studio experience was the absolute cherry on top; there is no better interior design experience.

Very attentive, and helpful

I am happy with my new home overall. All of the staff I came across in the home buying process were great and very helpful. I appreciate the weekly updates and the quality of the home. I think the value for the price was good. The several phone calls to leave reviews were a little annoying, however.
