One think no good for dishwasher no body comes to fix

He was very good with getting the deal done reassuring me not to worry. Just be able to contact Doug and he kept me update with my closing date as well as Luis who was my loan officer. Dexter at the Design Center was one of a kind, helping me put together my colors and he made me feel like family. I love buying from KB and would tell everyone let KB make you feel rite at home. As a first time home buyer, l was really scared to venture into the process considering everything negative l have heard from others. However, my experience with KB home was surprisingly great. When we started, l realized the process was well thought and organized. I was told that someone will contact me weekly to give the progress information and they actually did. I know everything that's going on with my new home because James, the biulder called me every Friday and so were the contacts from Doug the sales manager. I love the fact that l went to their studio to pick out every details and l remembered how comfortable l was with the designer. I wasn't pressured to choose any design that l wasn't comfortable with. Rather, l was being assisted to make even better choice. And the finishing of my house is amazing. The loan process wasn't bad as well. Luis was the loan officer. I benefited from his great experience and when l got nervous about the closing date towards the end, he ensured that all the necessities were in place in time to close as soon as possible. Overall, l will recommend KB Homes to new buyers simply because the experience is less stressful and you have a choice on how your home is designed. Alma was so helpful and professional, was really nice working with her, she was quick and very helpful, I would like to mention James as well, he helped alot with home warranty and fixing some issues after closing on the house. Home still has a few things that need to be fixed: Garage does not work. Patio ceiling fan does not work. Faucet water smells horrible

It was stressful at first, (first home) but the David & John put my mind at ease. As the house was being built, I received weekly updates, including pictures. When it was time for the final inspection, John made sure I understood that I had to be 100% satisfied with the house before closing. David has come by and John has called after I moved in to make sure everything is ok. I'm very happy with my house.

The overall workmanship needs improvement. We were hesitant to close on our home, but was assured that these items would be corrected once workorders were submitted. Our lawn has drainage issues on one side of the house, which we were told would be fixed, but hasn’t been. Doug, our sales rep, has always been great with checking in on us and making sure we are okay. I would give him 10 stars off we could.

My experience with KB Homes was wonderful. My construction leader Mike kept me up to date with the building process every Friday.

Great overall experience! We had 2 different superintendents during the build process, the first ended up leaving to a different community after the first month or so. Either way both GREAT at what they do! My main superintendent has been on top of everything even after the move in/ closing date! Very satisfied and it’s great to know that when I have a issue pop up little or big, he is always on it and there to help!
