The overall workmanship needs improvement. We were hesitant to close on our home, but was assured that these items would be corrected once workorders were submitted. Our lawn has drainage issues on one side of the house, which we were told would be fixed, but hasn’t been. Doug, our sales rep, has always been great with checking in on us and making sure we are okay. I would give him 10 stars off we could.

My experience with KB Homes was wonderful. My construction leader Mike kept me up to date with the building process every Friday.

Great overall experience! We had 2 different superintendents during the build process, the first ended up leaving to a different community after the first month or so. Either way both GREAT at what they do! My main superintendent has been on top of everything even after the move in/ closing date! Very satisfied and it’s great to know that when I have a issue pop up little or big, he is always on it and there to help!

My overall experience was pretty exceptional, although buying a home is exciting, (before and after), my “team” went above and beyond my expectations. Rhonda(sales) , Sandra (processing) and Chad (construction) ALL deserve more than 5 stars .

Great experience with kb home

I fell in love with the house from the first time I saw model house I knee it was for me. Not only does the house exceed my expectations in quality but also all the people from KB Home that followed up with me throughout the process were always friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending you to buy a home with KB Home, they are beautiful!!!

Im happy with house and neighborhood is good

My opinion is any house with four bedrooms need to have three bathrooms because with two bathrooms not enough for their family and guests.

I had the most amazing experience!

The whole process was pretty effortless. From choosing our home, making selections at the design studio, financing & closing. Our questions were answered, no matter how trivial.

I think the idea or the mission is good, things to improve, the workforce, work supervision, and post-sale complaints

The experience of building our home with KB was amazing, I would recommend them!

Overall experience was very good. Always able to speak with someone when needed. House we purchased was good sized, but lacking in storage...only fair sized clothing closets, minimal 2 car garage width and height, and though we purchased an elevation with a gabled garage, the space is trussed, and not usable for storage. With basements in Houston very scarce, you would think storage would be more of a concern in designing a home. Guess you should budget for a storage unit for kayaks, bikes, tools, camping equipment, etc.

This is a great company! If you are looking for a new home please try KB home . We visit few Communities before KB and not one show the high interest and helping up with ours needs ..

The KB team was very helpful and responsive in all the things we inquired about the building process and they upgrade selections. They made sure to keep us updated as much as possible. The house is really energy efficient and the open floor plan is very nice. Would suggest better home cleaning before moving in and wait for ground to dry before putting on sod. There were a lot of uneven spots in the grass and gaps between some of the sod which causes some drainage issues and wet spots.

Starting off it was a great team starting with Warren, who went step by step, Luiz broke everything down with the numbers, just like Phillip all these guys was great. Ms. Evelyn V was a great person from start to finish with making sure everything was correct and the process was smooth. Corey kept me updated on the house while being build and point out things from ground up to the house was finished. This group of people are well experience and knowledgeable of what they are doing with great communication till I closed.

This is my first time purchasing a home. I’ve heard so many bad experiences folks encountered with other companies, but KB made this a piece of cake. They held my hand every step of the way. Thank you guys
