During construction, my husband and I delightfully witnessed a prepared pathway to our home and every home under construction. The home was regularly cleaned during construction. We visited other "high end" builders and was shocked to see the deplorable conditions of their construction environment. After move-in, we had some minor “adjustments” needed. We know problems may arise. It’s the way the problems are handled that makes the difference. The customer service team (Shelbi), has been quick to respond with good solutions. We are happy with our purchase.

I love my new home,

I really did enjoy our entire home buying experience. Everything from the sales, financing, contractor, and believe it or not, even the closing process. The area we chose is very peaceful and quiet, we love the scene driving to and from work. The home elevations are very beautiful and the floor plans are awesome and very functional. The reason I gave 4 stars for quality it is not because of the materials used, it is simply because it just seems that towards the end, things were done in a rush and there's a lot of areas that could've used more attention and detail. Just makes it look like you're not the first person to live in the home. Not something you want as a first time homebuyer. Hoping that it is nothing a few touch ups can't fix. Turley, that is the only bad thing I can say about my new KB Home. Other than that, I love it! ... More
