it's been almost 2 months in our new home and little by little things are starting to fall apart. started with the garage and now down to smaller items that I'm able to fix on my own.

Bad communication with the builder… But on another note..Mrs Kathy was the one who really made this experience so wonderful… I give her all praise…

Overall we were treated good until it came time to get all the bugs out. Like door knobs coming off. AC blowing extremely hot only upstairs and we're still having issues

The sidings, hardie board around the house were installed crooked some crooked in and some bulging out, making rattling noises even when it lightly windy remind its not even pass 3 months yet after closing. I contacted the warranty officer and all he said is to send out the guy to put nails in, easy as it sound, but with those cracked and crooked in, i asked those to be replaced thy ignore ny request and they said will send out the siding manufacture to inspect. I wonder what the role the siding manufacture plays here since they arent not the one who installed it and arent the one hearing the rattling noises to the point it sounds like you pickup a wooden stud and keep smashing it to the wall. Overall experience was great. From start to finish the building process was the easiest of the journey. Jake, the construction manager was very informative and communicative and kept us up to date. Any issues we brought up to him he got fixed right away. Mortgage and sales is a little different. We ran into some issues that delayed our closing by 15 days with mortgage and our sales rep was not very communicative and felt very pushy when he was communicating. But overall, if I had to do it again with just kb as a builder I would. If I had to go through the process with the kb sales team and mortgage team included, I probably would not go with them. ... Our sales person, construction supervisor and home warranty representative took good care of us and continued to do so after we closed on our home by providing great CUSTOMER CARE.

Staff is very friendly. We had a couple of issues with the contract that was not favorable, but other than that, the experience was great. Workers who built the house do leave trash laying around. That is probably the only issue I had throughout this whole process.

The most important thing is they were very honest at all time. Everything was ready before they promised me

Finding my first house with KB Homes was a thrilling process. They were very responsive, they told me exactly what was required, and they provided me with steps to closing my deal.

Disappointed in the quality of the interior paint. Paint splatter is on almost all 1/4 round and floors. Painters did not caulk under any door frames.
