My experience with KB Homes was great from beginning to the end. The team of people that helped with the process were amazing and professional. I recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build their new home.

Trish our Sales rep was excellent. She was therre to answer any questions we had day, night and weekends.

The “brand new” home as well as the whole process was rushed and not completed by the time we were moved in. It took longer than expected to build the home as well which made this process a little frustrating. The house looks nice though given everything else.

was always updating me for every detail through out the process, all the way from the sales team, to construction manager they were always keeping me informed on updates and making sure everything was done on time.

The process was good. I found it disappointing from the get-go that if our real estate agent was not present on first visit they would not be allowed on the purchase contract. This cost me several thousand dollars on the start with no going back, despite using their preferred agents. The building process was good and relatively quick despite the early stages of the pandemic. The builder overseeing my home was outstanding and fixed everything I requested, within the bounds of KB's very tight leash. The design center had plenty of options despite being highly overpriced, I performed the same upgrades myself at 25% of the cost. The primary down point was when I was up-sold by HomePro for a internet/cable provided conduit that ended up being useless due to a failure for the company to communicate with the installers from AT&T. They are very professional, keeping you updated with any new development.Keep up the good work.

Overall the experience was great! I give them 5 stars on everything. Only thing I put low was the quality of workmanship. I had to be very hands on with the home since day one (frame placed 1" to the right on foundation, house color painted in correctly, additional minor damages happening after each team visited (I.e. carpet team broke baseboards, painting team broke garage drywall, landscaping damaged garage floor.. list goes on). After closing, I also noticed some things that were not done right (unnailed backyard fences & loose door knobs, unpainted areas showing drywall color especially in bathrooms, loose towel racks).. Overall process was long and frustrating not KB’s fault but our Bank loan process. Overall experience with builder was great. House was ready to move in. There a few things that need to be fixed after move in that we haven’t received any response or done yet.

We had an awesome experience with KB homes. Landress had been an exceptional contact person, she attended to our needs promptly. Blane as well did a very good job making sure any issues in the house were addressed timely. As a first time home buyer, everyone at KB homes made everything so streamlined. I am so happy with our house, it is made beautifully. Kudos to the team!

The KB people were always very responsive and helpful with the entire process - Sales, Showroom selections, Construction Management, Closing, After closing touch ups and follow ups. A great group of professionals who have been a pleasure to work with.
