We love our home

Brand new home with issues and even though they tell you there is a warranty, no one calls to follow up or give an idea when issues will be taken care of. So not sure whether issues will be fixed.

Our sales person was not the greatest or most knowledgeable. We got many answers from them that were incorrect and ended up costing us in the end. Our construction manager was great but it seemed like the construction team cut corners and did not do everything correctly or to the best of their ability. We have some issues that still need to be fixed but we are having trouble getting them out to fix things. Overall, our experience was ok but would not build with them again.

The most important thing is they were very honest at all time. Everything was ready before they promised me

All I can say is, WOW! I’ve enjoyed this journey from beginning to end. The design studio, my sales counselor, & construction manager all helped me every step of the way. I’m so glad I chose KB Homes as my home builder. I would most definitely recommend them to build your home for life.

The home buying experience was great with KB. Everyone that my husband and I worked with was very kind and knowledgeable. They did everything in their power to make the experience great. When we came across any obstacles, they responded quickly and it was resolved.

Speedy response and customer service orientation

For the money paid for house, I think the quality and workmanship is a bit lacking. Also, we picked a larger lot to install a pool in the future. But due to the extreme excavation to the back yard (which we discovered was necessary after the house build was well underway) to facilitate drainage. We may not be able to install a pool or even afford to install a pool. Not too happy with KB Homes right now.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were amazed at the options at the design studio and the pricing was great. Mark, the contractor, was great explaining everything to us during the build. We would recommend KB to anyone and would definitely buy one again
