Despite some issues, we are still happy with our new KB home.

from the salesperson to the Builder even the Mortgage guys were so understanding Shout out to Christina K, Luis A & Jake .M even after I closed they are still here with me.

The entire process went well with no hiccups / staff was professional and knowledgeable

Sales staff was truly outstanding & could not have had a better experience with them. Financial rep was just as excellent as the sales staff and worked through the year end holidays to get the purchase done on time. Both reps (sales & loan) answered any & all questions I had, which were a lot with me being a 1st time home buyer. Construction supervision went on a detailed walkthrough of the house prior to closing & also could not have been friendly. Overall, highly recommend KB Homes. Getting to closing was the only frustrating part but I believe that to be the case with anywhere you get a home loan from. A+ ... More

Mr. Ken was very helpful and professional. He was very professional in assisting us in a timely manner and had a lot of patience with us. Mr. Buck, Thomas was very helpful and nd courteous.

Beautiful Home as Promised!!!

Some upgrades shouldn't be paid for. It is s desappointment. Already having issues with the backyard, water sitting in and my ceileing lamps falling off. I like my house but you could have done better

Our Construction manage,r Correy M. is freaking great. Ever since he took over, things just got done and made our house much better. We felt at ease and less stress with continual updates and seeing the progression for ourselves. Even after closing, it was great having him still checking in on us. The post closure checkups just make things so much better for us especially with all the stress of moving, unpacking, and getting things setup in new home. From the beginning of our home buying experience we’ve been misled, misinformed, inconvenienced and shown that customers and customer satisfaction is not a priority for KB homes. From random pricing changes and poor quality work to failure to communicate and overall difficulty to do business with, with the exception of the follow up and reliability of Mike, the super intendant, building and purchasing with KB is a grueling and terrible experience. I would not recommend building or purchasing from KB to anyone.

Had an awesome experience with KB Home. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the studio experience. My first visit I had a consultant with whom I made a rapport but I my second visit I was given another consultant I did not like that at all. Other then that I was ver please. The sales person Dough made up for any miss pleasing I was feeling. He was an amazing person.
