KB delivered what was promised. I started the process with Brandon and I could not have had a better person to work with. Glenita at the Design Center helped me achieve the look of my home. Adam walked me through the construction and was always and still there to answer any questions I may have. Lindsey was excellent with helping me get the closing date I wanted and helped with questions. Kyle has become my go to person and he responds immediately. Thanks KB as we continue through this journey together.

Mark was fantastic with the sale. Thomas was excellent with the walk throughs, and he gave good advice and helpful hints. Everything brought to his attention was addressed in a timely manner. I was just getting comfortable with Justin but he’s not my rep anymore. He was also very helpful. My2 disappointments are, no white stone on the garage. Should be one of your trademarks. Almost every home has one. Is there a way to get one? And, I wish the gate opened on the other side of the house, hard to get lawn mower to the backyard.

I think the quality of materials and workmanship could have been better. KB should have given more options for selection and included additional standard options for appliances and fixtures compared to other builders in the area. Also the floor plan could have utilized more space upstairs when compared to the total build up area. Overall satisfied 1st time home buyer. I got the product what I have paid for.

We had an awesome experience with our KB Team in Richmond Texas. The sales representative, loan officer (all the team) and the superintendent builder were very active, attentive and responsive. They listened our needs and guide us through the whole process, we had a third party inspector performing a review of the property. The builder accepted and correct all the findings promptly and efficiently. All personnel I interact with were very accommodating. Thank you! window measurements are not the same on same window sizes. front grass lawn were dying, 60 percent weeds.
