Overall experience was good before final view of the home we paid a home inspector to inspect the house , there was some some issues with the house 1. Over was reaching higher temperatures and it read something different in the thermostat. 2. The door mobs where really bad shape . 3. Roof shingle was loose . 4. leak in the kitchen faucet everything was resolved in final walkthrough after moving in paint seems to be a little fragile door nobs where still loose they just needed to be rethigh

The quality of the building materials as of the framing I saw a lot of pieces that I would have use , But they pass inspection I also saw those same pieces and other homes being built . Once in the you start to notice small things like Call king not done in some areas grout already decaying ,, window seals not even , I have been in the house 2 months still have a problem with gnats, can’t seem to get rid of them, the building manager and my want to person has definitely tried to help with the problem and I commend him for that .. Overall I am happy with the house

Purchasing our home from KB Homes was a pleasure. Everyone, from the sales staff to the Project Manager, was responsive to our needs. Every request was taken care of in a timely manner. We are impressed!

Very easy and simple purchase a home with KBHOME

Most of the process was okay and we are in love with our home, however because we are first-time buyers we had no idea what all of the important questions were or what information we needed to provide. Unfortunately KB wasn't on top of this either and we had to constantly scramble to provide them information last minute or to ask them questions about VERY important time sensitive stuff. If you know that a couple is a first time buyer, stay on top of them and make sure they understand deadlines, small details, and etc.

Provides timely feedback, helpful hints, and unbeatable customer service. They made the building and buying process easy and swift.

Do a daily drive-by or when possible to check on the progressiveness of the home construction.

My seller was awesome and attentive. Great to work with Amanda Hall. Not sure what his title is but Steve did my final walkthrough and was nice and respectful. However, I felt rushed to sign off. I signed off as complete even though there were several items that still needed some minor attention. He said the guys were coming that day so it was fine to go ahead and sign. When I moved in there was still blue tape in lots of spots. Looked like nothing I asked for was done. Also, the keys given to me on move in day didn’t work so it was disappointing to think I was walking into my new home but couldn’t. I will say Steve fixed the problem within the hour of calling. ... Excellent experience

Everyone is kind and very helpful. If there are any issues, they do come and fix them (just sometimes it may take them a while to come fix it). KB Homes are very beautiful and nice. I love my new home. Thank you KB Homes.
