I enjoyed this process of my homebuying experience. The whole KB Home Team was absolutely great and pleasant. Everyone was very helpful and made sure things went well even after my closing. I don't have any intentions on moving anytime soon.

great design studio selections and floor plan options. Fast process and quality work

I love everything about KB HOme. The Rep was professional and understanding that my husband and I want to be in our first home. Our Rep helped us picked the best floor plan for us that we loved and was in budget. Loved how they took their time to talk us through the process and worked with us to the very end.

Everything was smooth from picking out my lot to the closing. Blayne who I like to point out was wonderful throughout the whole building process!

Our homebuying experience with KB Homes was great! After my wife and I (with the help of our realtor) found Mustang Ridge in Magnolia, TX, the sales agent (Don) helped us select the perfect house and the best lot location for it. After providing earnest money, the KB Home construction team (managed first by Michael, then John) began immediately to build the home of our dreams. They kept us regularly updated and fully informed on the steady progress of the construction process. They answered every question and addressed every concern as things developed. At several times during construction, there was uncertainty about having available utilities when they would be needed. This was quite out of the control of KB Homes, but their perseverance with the utility companies, as well as a strong dedication by the construction manager to meeting KB's deadlines, actually resulted in better performance by the utilitity companies and improved service for the whole subdivision. Despite some unavoidable delays (bad weather, supply-chain issues, permit approvals, etc.), the construction was completed within a week of the original estimate. After construction was completed, John acted without delay to correct all concerns that were identified. By the time we closed on the new home, everything had been finished to our satisfaction. My wife and I are extremely delighted with our KB Home. We smile with delight everyday as we enjoy our lives in our new home! ... More
