This is my first home and at first i was very scared about buying home that how it will be.I didn't know how to go with the procedure but the great things was The salea person i would like to mention his name Jhon.He was very great and describe all the things that i didn't understand.All the teams of KB HOMES were great.sales person, studio,Loan officer.with all there help finally i have my keys in my hand. I will definitely recomend my relatives and friends to come with KB HOMES if you need better and best home.

My experience from day 1 with KB Homes was exciting and professional. Rhonda at the sale office made me feel welcome and comfortable with the community and my selection. Then when I went to the design studio ANNIE made it a pleasure to work with and assisted me A MAN in designing my wonderful home. Through the entire process I was worried about the cost. I was soo worried until Rhonda even offered for me to change communities even if she would not get credit. She let me look at numerous homes to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Throughout construction Bobby made life easy as possible and communicated very well and effectively. He even gave me tips and pointers as well. Now financing, Mark was the best. He promptly answered questions and emails. Made sure I was comfortable with everything going on and worked late to make sure I would close on time and UNDER BUDGET. Great no issues regarding KB home build

Ms. Rhoda's expertise made my dream of owning a home come true. She exhibited an eagerness to answer questions and patience if I didn't completely understand. Very nice disposition and definitely would recommend her.

The KB Staff, sales representative, builder contractor and loan processor were honest, professional and answered all my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with my KB Home construction and have a beautiful home to live in.

Great experience with KB homes from start to finish. The sales person, Victor was very courteous and always kept in contact throughout the building process. The construction supervisor ( Jake) would check in every week with us on items completed and what came next. Even after we had moved in they were still checking up on us. Great builder!!!!
