Working with KB was a very good experience and the person on the front line Greg, but calm To what could have been an anxious experience. From breaking ground. Can't be next the keys to the home. I made each step very good exciting. And all of it was done in a very timely fashion. We love our home and needless to say, we do it again.

The seller took a lot of time to reply and help during the process. Stefano was on vacations, sick or day off when I need it. He did not help me when o need it he was more interested in new customers than the one with contract signed

From the beginning to the end everyone from the sales team through to the finance team and then the construction manager were there for any of my concerns about the process of building a house. The contractors were very helpful and respectful of the fact that they were in a home that was being built for someone else and took pride in their work.

I was nervous starting the process but everyone at KB were available and answered all my questions. I think the price is fair for the value of the home, especially compared to others in the area. Overall I am incredibly happy with the experience and thankful for all the help the KB team offered throughout every stage of the process.

It was a great experience getting our first home built. The sales office and builder we very responsive and willing to help every step of the way.

Take note of all the mistakes and errors during the construction and supervise as much as possible for they are not going to correct this issues unless brought upon to the supervisor and take pictures as evidence.

They make the process of buying a home as smooth as possible.

Our KB Team was very responsive to every question and concern we had along the way. They went out of their way to ensure we were delighted with our new home. This was not only true during the build, but also since we closed. They have continued to quickly respond to any issues or questions we have had sinceoving into our new home.

KB home is worth the price.very helpful and responsive construction manager Brayden!our warranty officer Rick always there to fix issues if anything arise. I love my KB home better than top tier builders.

Bobby was my contractor on my new home build and he made the process seem so smooth and easy to get through. Consistently updating me and answering any questions or concern I had. KB homes price point is very reasonable for the products and quality of material that the offer and I am please to have purchased my home with KB.

KB team set a record in closing our home to beat Christmas deadlines. Minor workmanship issues will be tallied and shared at ten-month home inspection. Landscape issues - sod appreciated but poorly installed, yard not graded well. Slow response from HOA on getting backyard shed approved - still waiting!

Considerably appropriate and timely execution with the process of homebuying procedures.

The builder was great dusty but to be honest find you an outside lender cause kb lenders don’t know how to do there job Anita was terrible worse experience ever she stressed me out daily lied about everything from the start and then other lenders tried to fix her mess and couldn’t felt so bad for the guy trying to help but to many people warned me to get an outside lender I should have listened from the start but my home is beautiful love the open concept but get you an outside lender less stress

If I could go back and wait to purchase a home, I would. My home buying experience was horrible and now that I’ve closed it’s been my biggest regret. There’s been so many issues and bad customer service. I didn’t have this bad gut feeling for nothing. I can’t wait to get over my waiting period to put my house up for sale. I dont even care to lose Im just done with this headache.

If faults are found with code violation and bad workmanship, they tend to brush it under the rug and state that 'THIS IS HOW WE BUILD KB HOMES!"

When you buy a home from K B it is a great overall experience.

My experience with KB homes since closing on my home has been absolutely terrible. Can't get anything resolved. Workmanship is geeible as things are starting to fall apart 2 months later. I am extremely disappointed

I am very happy with the customer support from the team. Always responsive to any questions we had.

Not a great experience as a FTHB. Salesman just wanted to make a sale and at times was not prompt in answering my questions or concerns. The project manager was worse. Unprofessional and unwilling to work with me until it was nearing closing time. Pushed back closing more than five times and I was very patient about it but the project manager wanted to blame me. Thankfully my loan officer understood how this particular KB PM worked and helped me out so I did not have to pay for a rate lock extension. Would look elsewhere if you're a FTHB.
