KB team set a record in closing our home to beat Christmas deadlines. Minor workmanship issues will be tallied and shared at ten-month home inspection. Landscape issues - sod appreciated but poorly installed, yard not graded well. Slow response from HOA on getting backyard shed approved - still waiting!

The builder was great dusty but to be honest find you an outside lender cause kb lenders don’t know how to do there job Anita was terrible worse experience ever she stressed me out daily lied about everything from the start and then other lenders tried to fix her mess and couldn’t felt so bad for the guy trying to help but to many people warned me to get an outside lender I should have listened from the start but my home is beautiful love the open concept but get you an outside lender less stress

If I could go back and wait to purchase a home, I would. My home buying experience was horrible and now that I’ve closed it’s been my biggest regret. There’s been so many issues and bad customer service. I didn’t have this bad gut feeling for nothing. I can’t wait to get over my waiting period to put my house up for sale. I dont even care to lose Im just done with this headache.

If faults are found with code violation and bad workmanship, they tend to brush it under the rug and state that 'THIS IS HOW WE BUILD KB HOMES!"

When you buy a home from K B it is a great overall experience.

My experience with KB homes since closing on my home has been absolutely terrible. Can't get anything resolved. Workmanship is geeible as things are starting to fall apart 2 months later. I am extremely disappointed

I am very happy with the customer support from the team. Always responsive to any questions we had.

Not a great experience as a FTHB. Salesman just wanted to make a sale and at times was not prompt in answering my questions or concerns. The project manager was worse. Unprofessional and unwilling to work with me until it was nearing closing time. Pushed back closing more than five times and I was very patient about it but the project manager wanted to blame me. Thankfully my loan officer understood how this particular KB PM worked and helped me out so I did not have to pay for a rate lock extension. Would look elsewhere if you're a FTHB. I am a first time buyer. My loan officer loan officer Sandra Elliot stayed on top things and helped me through this. I was able to write my favorite Psalms on the wood during construction, I took lots of before pictures and I received lot of support through the process. There were some questionable moments but thankfully I was able to close.

Buying home with KB Home was truly a unique experience as process was so easy and seamless. KB home Team is very well organized, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to build their dream home.

The process on choosing the options was really smooth. We were always given notification every week on the build. Once finished, the house is impeccable. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone that is looking for a new home.
