Nice looking neighborhood and the house appears beautiful, however, it is best, to not assume everything works properly, as fast as the entire process goes it is not possible to catch every mishaps. Very unfortunate that we feel like renters still trying to get something to work properly and only being here for almost 2 months.

Great experience. Completed the home as I expected. Great follow up and help with some minor issues so far. Jeff and Will have kept me informed. Will has got help on some minor door and lighting issues. The front door had some gaps as well as the door to the garage. The garage door has a gap on the north edge. Will knows about it. I think a piece is ordered.

Everyone I worked with one-on-one at KB Home was kind and helpful. This would include my sales agent, interior design specialist, loan processor and construction manager. But these kind people where not the ones assigned to do the actual physical building of my home. On a good note, My home seemed to have a solid foundation, sturdy frame construction, plumbing and electric that were up to par.. But after that the cosmetic work on my home left a lot to be desired. The paint/caulking, trim, carpet, tile/grout and landscaping where overall a sloppy sloppy disappointing mess that soured the joy and usual personal satisfaction associated with building and buying a retirement home. There was over spray on cabinets. There was split trim and short cut trim with half inch gaps that were filled in and smoothed over by fat fingered caulking, Caulk and paint was smeared over dirty surfaces and even onto and into the carpeting. Poorly laid carpet had fraying gaps and holes. The new carpet was soiled with mud stains to the point that all the carpeting had to be steam cleaned. I think it should have been replaced. Both painted and stained surfaces had runs the size of an 18inch ruler. Over-all I paid hard earned money, saved over my lifetime, to KB Home who built me a new house with a"janky" interior. My yard looks like a sod remnant sale. There are two or three different kinds of grasses patched together from the front to the back and from side to side. When asked what type of grass is planted in my yard, I simply say in embarrassment, "it is green grass". Like the inside of the house my lawn is also a sloppy "janky" mess. In closing, I should mention that my home loan was originated through KB Home Loans. and I was constantly finding errors and mistakes in documents that had to be corrected and reworked throughout the process. KB homes employees made the experience very pleasurable. Answered all my question, so happy with the quality of work and their professionalism. I built a home before and it was never this easy. Great job KB homes ( Imperial Forest).

We had a great first time buying experience

I have recently been having to deal with a gap in the insurance covers that was supposed to be paid by the lender/title company causing me to have to be wasting time on the phone because someone dropped the ball on your end. Not very pleased with this. I am not the first person that has bought a home which required wind and hail coverage so I’m pretty sure this company has dealt with knowing that there is no grace period with a new policy and so you all should have paid the policy on the due date as specified on all the paperwork that was sent to you days prior to closing. My experience from beginning to end with KB Homes was amazing. David in the sales office answered any question I had, Michael with construction gave me updates every week and always walked the house with me and explained everything very well. Very happy with my experience.

It is a good work team, excellent service, I am very happy with my new house.

I was so surprised how fast the home went up, after the foundation was set. The contract supervisor kept me informed every week on the progress. When I finally moved in I had a couple of small issues like attic door needed lubricating and dryer wasn't working with outlet, they fixed both issues within 3 days.

My sales person and construction manager in Bauer Meadows were the absolutely best.

Some of the Best personable caring and approachable individuals I have ever came across! The dream team that isn’t recognized by any one but us small people! Juwana

Great first time home buyer experience with KB

From the get go all salesman and KB employees were great to work with from the design center to on site sales to the construction supervisor, got us into our new home on the time we we’re told and given. Great experience.

Attention to detail and excellent customer service, sales consultant very helpful and always available, construction foreman also very helpful and attentive to requests and respond timely. Overall good experience in shopping with KB homes. Looking forward to the follow up inspections over a period of time.

Starting with the KB Home real estate agents. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very curtesy with the buyers. KB agent Naomi kept me informed weekly after signing my contract and after the closing too! The mortgage team manger Victoria were excellent in the mortgage process and the negotiations of the sale. I felt very satisfied with the negotiated price, incentives offered, the closing cost and interest offered by KB. The Construction Team Supervisor Bobby did an exceptional job in the construction schedule has planned, maintained the cost planned, and completed the technical requirement on time. He kept me informed of construction status weekly and after the closing is always following up to see if everything is going well with the house. KB provided a great experience. We were kept up to date with all processes from the build team, design team, and sales team. Everyone was great to work with.

I was amazed at the swiftness of everyone at KB on their responses with issues I had.This actually made my home buying experience very seamless. Kudos to Jackie, Michael and Scott for their time and dedication.
