Thank you for working with us on our concerns on time every time. But i must say the door knobs coming off so far 4 in less than 2 months is not good. I have decided to overlook that i almost gave 4 stars.

Our expierence was delayed due to covid and lack of supplies but the workers and construction manager were beyond perfect and very professional. Could not have done it without them letting us know each step that was happening.

I had the best experience with KB! I was included in every part of my home.

They always gave listening ears to hear my own concept about what I wanted and gave me advise appropriately.

Thank you all for everything. This was a great experience. From start to finish. Great job KB and everyone that was apart of this journey.

I absolutely enjoyed working with my team at KB Home Bryan Crossing. Throughout my entire process, everyone made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I were the only customer they had. They, personally, kept me up to date each week regarding the building of my home. AJ, Jacqueline, Julio, Tom, and Jimmy were always there when I called. I'm glad that I entrusted KB Home with the biggest purchase of my life. I wish that everyone could have this experience!!!

Sales rep, construction supervisor, and warranty rep all have outstanding attitude and are very helpful. Had some small issues after the home was closed but they handled everything timely. Good team.

Chase and Freddy were both great and responsive.
