Great community like how it looks

It was a great time start to finish. Picking our lot and floor plan it was fun seeing it all come together and being in our forever home!

We were provided with incorrect information prior to purchase. Were told that there was only one home left to build in this area and that is why they were selling this display home at reduced price. Three more homes have been built across the street since we moved in. Home insurance company notified us that they were canceling our insurance due to a roofing issue. The shingle were rolling or curling. KB Homes said this was not under warranty (2 months after purchasing home) but they would repair it out of gratuity. Still have to provide proof to the insurance company. Now we have discovered that blown in insulation was not completed in the attic. Wonder how KB will react to this. Almost wish we had not purchased this home. ... More

We bought this house between Nov 4th and Dec 14th. Fast and easy! I am very comfortable here and looking forward to many years more in it. Trey and Chad and the local team have been great.

I love the community ! The whole process was so smooth didnt have no issues with the builder and the constructions manager. If I had something I didn't like they will come fix asap very good communications with the whole team ! Love it !!

Overall we were treated good until it came time to get all the bugs out. Like door knobs coming off. AC blowing extremely hot only upstairs and we're still having issues

The entire process was seamless. All parties involved made themselves easily accessible and answered all questions. The home was the perfect fit for our family. We lucked up with a property with lots of upgrades and comparing to base model, definitely spend the extra money on them.

Quality of workmanship is lacking specifically painting of the doors, accent windows, etc. Still see paint drips and paint of glass of glass doors and windows. Make sure to fully understand what specials are being offered. Some of the sales rep are not familiar with the specials and can provide conflicting information. Have these resolve as soon as possible or you will lose out on the special.

Kbh team are excellent. They are ready to work with you throughout the process of your home buying, and make the whole process stress free. Also, they don't abandon you after you have got your house. They are ready to help wherever needed. Great team!
