Had a great experience purchasing my home. Found a few issues before closing but was able to work with Tommy ***** on getting every issue found resolved. He was super responsive and respectful. He was able to help us correct any issues quickly.

I do not wish to provide any specifics other than that everyone we interacted with was amazing. It was a pleasure working with KB Homes and the staff.

I gave this rating because it wasn’t completely horrible the only parts that were an inconvenience were my sales rep Barry ***** and my contractor Cole *****. I was promised a gift that didn’t happen and fast repairs if I left a good review for them. First things first why were there so many repairs needed on closing day? That shouldn’t have ever been the case the house should’ve been in perfect condition when bought. I was promised fast repairs to the house to be made if I left that good review and 100% complete confirmation form. The repairs that have been made haven’t been correctly done the help being sent isn’t being sent correctly they’re being sent separately and not together therefore leaving parts messed up after being “fixed” my trim on the door was fixed on my first follow up but nobody sent the grout guy so the grout had been messed up by the door as well as the trim on the door the door frame should’ve been sanded out then painted over and wasn’t. There have been so many repairs made for a brand new house that shouldn’t have been needed in the first place the door is just one example I felt completely rushed to move in and forced to say this house was complete with empty promises from the contractor and sales rep I don’t recommend KB to anyone because of them. Also want to mention the grass on both sides of the house form pools of water that isn’t city compliant and that should’ve been fixed asap. My contractor mentioned that was an issue but I’ve yet to hear from him about said issue. ... More

***** went much more smoothly and quickly than expected. Communication was excellent and post-build support of minor issues was handled expediently.

They have a great team and attend to the details that every new house has, but if they don't communicate that they've resolved the issue and how, the client doesn't find out until they visit the house and see that it's already been fixed.

Buying a home doesn't come without its issues or things that go wrong, same goes for a new home. However, with KB, the willingness to come back, actually show up and fix items is something else. No issue has gone untouched, they make calls, and send workers to fix everything and have stood behind their work.

Experience was ok. It is a pain getting the different trades out to fix issues. The painters were suppose to show numerous times and never communicated that they weren’t coming. The irrigation system has been down for weeks with no sign of correction. My grass was starting to die before all the of rain started.

Amazing. It’s a wonderful experience

Working with KB Home was overall a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The team kept me updated weekly throughout the entire process, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciated was that my home stayed ahead of schedule, and any small issues or touch-ups I noticed were repaired promptly without hassle. I also liked that I was able to customize the home mostly to my liking, which helped it feel more personal and tailored to my style. My only disappointment was the limited design options in certain areas. I wish there had been more colorful paint choices available, and I was disappointed that one of my ceiling fans only came in white while the rest of my home fixtures are black. Even with those small frustrations, the overall experience was great.
