Don't buy one is my advice.

I’m happy to my new home…. But when I came and check little by little I saw some of mistake they made… at first I try to inform them and they respond, after for a long time wait it only 2 visit… they don’t even update me and reply to my message I even take picture that need to fix… I know there are busy but atleast reply me if they gonna do it or not!.. I’m also a customer that spend money to my house. I’m sad I know for them that’s little things, but for me I’m so dissatisfied because that little things supposed to be fix at the first place! It’s funny that little things they don’t pay attention in a first place, so I’m wondering since I’m new and really dont know about need to check to a new build house, I didn’t notice right away all the mistake they made! I wish I have enough time to stay so I have time to check what else need to address. They even forget some of there stuff in my garage, even the things need to re order.. still in here— no update when they gonna order to replace it, I message the Guy who incharge but no reply! Well maybe because they already close the deal that’s why.. so they don’t bother to update me even care to reply to all of my concern.. PS i will never message that guy! I’m so disappointed ... More

The KB Home Team we worked with is simply the best!!!!

We went through 4 sales people & 3 different finance people. Promises were made that weren’t backed up or fulfilled. It was a fight to even get ahold of anyone to speak to most of the time. Our final sales person, Jessica was excellent, as was our final finance person, Meghan. Gary, our super was great too but by the time they came around we were already frustrated and fed up since it was late in the process. We are moved in now and there are a bunch of cosmetic issues that still need to be fixed, as well as functional issues like the windows not being square. The sod for the yard was laid without any proper preparation so the grass has mostly died. The back yard has a divot that just collects and pulls water. It’s nice to be moved in but I wouldn’t go through this with KB again. ... More

Our New Homes Sales Counselor Genesis was always responsive, had a positive attitude, and was patient with all our questions, as well as super knowledgable. Likewise, our Project Manager Garrett took time for any questions or concerns at each stage of the building process, as well as after we moved in. Mortgage Loan Originator, Meghan, was also responsive and flexible, and although we ultimately did not utilize the loan through KB we appreciated her willingness to consult when we were experiencing issues at closing with the other lenders lack of timeliness in document preparation. Overall, while home buying is a stressful experience, the staff we worked with were all kind and went out of their way to be helpful and make the experience a positive one. I appreciate them! ... Our KB Home experience has been very good. We appreciate your friendly staff. Tom, Darin, and Suzanne are professional, knowledgeable and are very much appreciated. They are quick to respond to any questions we have had and easy to communicate with. We're so glad we found KB Home at Shoreline Park.

From the start when we meet with Jourdan to look at a couple of properties and finding the move in ready home that we eventually purchased to the when Arturo was by our side all the way to the end at closing. It was an exciting experience to get into a home that we had been searching for We were surrounded by a great team and they made sure we were enjoying the process as much as possible and with the least amount of stress that comes with such a big purchase like a new home

Gary was great at help ng lead the contractors to do a better job. The end results was a better home.

Westley was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and kind. Financial part was stressful but now it’s done and glad it’s over. The house overall is great. Love the layout and neighborhood. We are about 2 months into living in the house and still haven’t had some issues addressed that we’re acknowledged in walk through. Hoping to get them taken care of soon.

Good experience. The staff have been professional, knowledgeable and quickly responded to any question. The KB homes are attractive and comfortable.

Sales, construction manager and warranty rep were only good thing/helpful ones about our home buying experience.

The loan team made it easy always keeping me updated on the status and any information I need. The build quality is good, not perfect but good happy with our new home.

From beginning to end the experience was awesome. Everyone was responsive and timely. The process was long but easy. I would definitely recommend kb.

Genesis was great from the start ! Walking us through the house and provided so much info answering all our questions before we even asked. Juan our project manager was wonderful as well! Went into detail and truly took his time explaining things as we were first time homeowners and unsure about so many things.

Josh made the loan side of buying a house a breeze! He checked in on us weekly and was always ensuring all of our questions were answered. He even continued to check in on us well after moving in. We have been waiting on a few final touch ups for the house and Josh even reached out recently and offered to help see to those getting done.

Everyone involved with our build made our experience so easy and smooth. We have enjoyed our home and have gotten so many compliments. Tom, Darin, Susanne, and everyone on the design team were amazing! They are one call away even after our close for all of the questions I have or help I need. 10/10 team and company!

From the beginning through the end, the process was very easy. The seller was very nice and share all the information that I was needed. The quality of the home is outstanding. Joey, the Construction Manager was always communicating and offering his help in any aspect of the home. I truly recommend KB homes for anyone who wants to buy their dream home.

Mortgage team was extremely diligent and worked with me to get everything I needed. Project manager was also great. Sales team added unnecessary pressure when I was in the middle of selling my other property but I am very happy with my new house.

Overall experience is good. Definitely will be buying again.

The staff at KB HOMES were very helpful and polite. They understood that this was our first time in purchasing a home and explained the process and process. They went out of their way to help us understand all the paperwork that was to be signed. After a couple of months our dream of owning a home became reality. Since the first time we met, up to moving in part they were there every step of the way and even after we moved in everyone kept checking to see if we were comfortable and happy. Great experience with the builder! His level of professionalism was nothing but amazing! He was very upfront and telling. On the loan process side of things was not so great!

We had a great experience building with KB. The process was explained to us thoroughly by the sales rep and we were able to get everything we wanted in our budget from the design studio. The building process went faster than expected and our project manager kept us updated weekly. I would definitely recommend building with KB!

The salesman was excellent, but I'm having too many issues with the house and having difficulty getting them resolved.

This was my first time buying a house and there were great moments and not so great moments. Adrian, the construction manager was AWESOME and Exceptionally thorough!! His work ethic is top tier! Overall, communication and clarity about what to expect and the process, specifically the closing process, could improve.
