Although Abraham was in finance he made sure to get us in touch with the appropriate personnel to meet our needs.

We had a positive and wonderful homebuying experience. Everyone answered any questions we had and they finished our home ahead of the projected date.

What an horrible experience for a first time home owner. They were very rude and unprofessional with me just because I got my own lender. The construction superintendent did treat me good and did try making me feel comfortable as much as he can.

It has been a horrible experience to enter the house of your dreams and that it has too many inconveniences and that when trying to fix one thing they break down another, we are still waiting for repairs in our house and it's sad that they don't want to help us

I had good experience with purchasing a home from KB Homes. My sales rep Mo was very knowledgeable of the community's I was interested in, and he was flexible on meeting times. He also did a great job explaining the kb hone buying process and there current discounts. My mortgage loan Originator Jason was very helpful. I explained to him what kind of loan I wanted, how much I wanted to put down and he did everything to make sure I was able to get what I asked for. The construction manager Alvaro did a great job of walking me through the house, explaining all of the options included, going through the warranties. He also fixed every issue that the home inspector found and minor cosmetics item I found with no issues. I looked at multiple new build homes from other builders and I felt KB homes had the best quality and best option homes. ... More

From the start to the end was awful. I regret signing off at the walk through as I was promised areas of the home would be corrected and still have not 2 months later. I have called and text several people with no response.

Rey sold us a home plan and lot to fit our needs and budget. Then Cole stepped in as the construction site manager and made it all happen. Both men were responsive to all messages and questions. Always had a good answer and educated us on the building process.

For two years I worked hard to move out of the apartment I was living in with the intent to purchase a home here in Texas. I was excited and couldn’t wait for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow which was my new home. I had issues with loan officers, I was TOLD the date I was expected to close with no consideration of my time and work schedule, made promises that were not kept and overall disappointment with the whole experience.

Would've given a full 5 stars but when it came to the materials we had a major issue with the paint. We were only offered 3 shades of white and told the other hundreds of color choices weren't available due to supplier issues. We even offered to purchase the paint on our own and supply it to their crew and was told that wasn't allowed. In the end my wife and I ended up having to purchase and paint our entire house interior ourselves. Through all the back and forth over the shades of white we were offered, there was no offer of compensation for not being able to fulfill the choices of color options stated on their website, nor was there any pricing reduction. Our KB team was terrific! From our sales rep, Lisa, to Jason our financing guru, and Steve and his crew of subs, we had a responsive, knowledgable and professional team. We're very happy with our home and the quality of construction.

We could have been provided a lot more detail about the buying process and what actions were expected of us and your company. In the end, it all worked out for the better and we're very happy about our purchase. As with anything, there were serious glitches throughout the buying procedure and final purchase. Some of those glitches caused extra expenditures by us and delayed closing, considerably. We weren't happy when that happened and, at some times, wished we could cancel the purchase completely. But, we didn't do that and we completed the process and feel it was the right thing to do.

Not very happy with KB Home, and their loan officers and management. Loan officers never properly communicated with us. In the end we had to find a different lender. After the closing when we entered the house, there were things needed to be fixed. Here we are trying to get settled in the new home we were still calling the contractor to get the stuff fixed inside the home.

All departments were responsive to my questions and concerns. Love the finished product

Chris and Paul have been great with everything and anything I needed for the house. Any questions or concerns or minimal things I notice after moving in we’re addressed almost immediately. Being in the same industry but working for a different builder I can honestly say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had.

The design choices available are awesome. The whole process from start to finish was well thought out. The KB team delivered, especially Marvin and Jeff. I love this house.
