The staff at KB HOMES were very helpful and polite. They understood that this was our first time in purchasing a home and explained the process and process. They went out of their way to help us understand all the paperwork that was to be signed. After a couple of months our dream of owning a home became reality. Since the first time we met, up to moving in part they were there every step of the way and even after we moved in everyone kept checking to see if we were comfortable and happy. Thank You KB-Homes for making our home possible.

Great experience with the builder! His level of professionalism was nothing but amazing! He was very upfront and telling. On the loan process side of things was not so great!

We had a great experience building with KB. The process was explained to us thoroughly by the sales rep and we were able to get everything we wanted in our budget from the design studio. The building process went faster than expected and our project manager kept us updated weekly. I would definitely recommend building with KB!

The salesman was excellent, but I'm having too many issues with the house and having difficulty getting them resolved.

This was my first time buying a house and there were great moments and not so great moments. Adrian, the construction manager was AWESOME and Exceptionally thorough!! His work ethic is top tier! Overall, communication and clarity about what to expect and the process, specifically the closing process, could improve.

As long as you take your time and choose the options and pick a floor plan you like you will definitely be happy with your home. From sales to property managers the experience is fantastic.

Price, options, and the builder Adrian was the best part of the process, we didn't have to chase him for answers, dates, etc. and he even helped reach out on our behalf for the closing date and time since the seller and the loan officer were not responding and assisted changing those times when the original times were not approved or even discussed with us. Hope y'all keep Adrian and give him a raise for sure. The loan officer, seller, and closing were all a pain. Loan officer and seller never reached out and we had to chase them for any answers we needed for months, it got so bad I rather just contact Adrian (the builder) and have him help me with any questions I had about anything than chase the other 2. At the closing they told us it would take an hour but due to our papers being incorrect (names and address on multiple papers) we had to stay for 3+ hours. ... More

This was our first experience with KB and we couldn’t be happier. The floor plan we wanted was being discontinued but luckily our sales rep Rey was able to find it in a couple of communities. He was extremely patient, met us at several communities and also sent pictures/videos of the homes. It’s a big decision to pick a builder and having someone like Rey as the first person you deal with was great. We looked at 4 models and decided on the one that best suited our needs. We then moved on to the purchasing portion with KB. From the time we decided on a home to closing was about 30 days. We were extremely satisfied with Jared and his assistance with the process and his following up with us. Of course there were items that needed to be addressed from our private inspector and from our walk through. Tommy was phenomenal with following up and addressing each deficiency. He was always quick to respond and had a lot of patience. I know he has a lot of responsibilities, but he always found time to answer questions and make us feel like valued customers. He is a great asset to the company. Overall, everyone that we dealt with at KB in San Antonio has been great. KB Home is a family oriented company, if you want spaciousness, comfort, reliability and a place your family can call a home. Great company great customer service.

What an horrible experience for a first time home owner. They were very rude and unprofessional with me just because I got my own lender. The construction superintendent did treat me good and did try making me feel comfortable as much as he can.

It has been a horrible experience to enter the house of your dreams and that it has too many inconveniences and that when trying to fix one thing they break down another, we are still waiting for repairs in our house and it's sad that they don't want to help us
