Salesman Marvin was great, not pushy and made everything seem easy going and not stressful, and always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Once the walk through came around, Jacob was extremely helpful on insuring everything addressed will be taken care of, and so far has been on top of things, overall making my home buying experience less stressful, Glad to have people that care along the way with such a major purchase, thus making me glad I choose KB homes.

My home is beautiful and was very well built. In the first 45 days my list of very minor items that needed to be addressed were taken seriously, addressed immediately and coordinated well with me on timing to get the work done. Garret has been on the spot to get things completed to my satisfaction. Again, these were very minor issues in my situation but they were addressed quickly and professionally! Had a wonderful experience overall with KB homes, Adrian was fantastic, even after moving in he was such a great help. We spoke weekly and anytime I had a concern or question he answered right away and had great customer service.

We had never bought a newly built house…we were blessed to get in the phase and location we desired, the design experience was easy, and the build was fantastic! We have been in the house about 6 weeks and love it-it is no longer a house it is a home! Thank you KB!

Please don't get fooled by any of these people that work for KB Homes on promises that they don't deliver. Don't sign anything until you make sure it's done because these people only want what is coming to them and that is a bonus check on a great review that we give to them. These people put up a front of being good to you when in reality they are horrible very sad that KB Homes hires unprofessional staff to do such a sloppy job. Everything is an excuse to what they and their contractors do wrong so they don't take responsibility. Lose siding, damage cabinet doors, water coming in from rear door, flood damage from lose pipe, paint smudges everywhere, filthy house interior and exterior, sloppy tile work on flooring patch up on vinyl flooring horrible, terrible patch up and touch up on walls, back porch in terrible condition and the nasty paint job. Patrick, Excellent customer service from the sales team and project manager from start to finish. Quality of home for its value. The KB homes staff continues to reach out after closing asking if there is anything that needs their attention. The location is blocks away from Boerne lake.

I paid cash for my home. I let myself be rushed instead of making sure the issues with my home were taken care prior to closing. I have paint splatters on the lvp flooring; on the concrete outside my home; paint on the carpeting; hot water heater didn’t work, and though I let the super know it took a bit for it to be repaired by the plumbing company; the cabinet in the master bathroom was not repaired; the cabinet molding was not replaced; all the bathtubs are scratched; the cultured marble in the secondary bathroom is chipped; the kitchen sink is scratched like it was used by the builder and someone tried to clean but used an abrasive which scratched the stainless steel. So yes, I’m not a happy customer. Oh, and the Sheetrock in the garage has screw holes all over. Probably a screw up from another house. The list goes on… ... More

Killeen great response on some of the work and touch ups

The quality of workmanship is horrible on these new homes. So many issues with the house. So very disappointed on the buy.

Rey and Lionel Garcia were amazing. They made my dream come true of being a homeowner and made the process so easy. I will recommend anyone looking for a home to purchase through KB with Rey and Lionel.

Excellent experience. Gary, the superintendent overseeing the build of our home, intently listened to all our concerns and addressed all questions with straight forward answers. He worked diligently to ensure our home would be completed by our anticipated closing date and ensured that all follow up actions regarding small touch ups be addressed urgently. Definitely appreciate all of his help and are certainly satisfied customers.

Even with delays, the house turned out beautiful! Sales was great and kept us informed and construction manager, Jeff was awesome in keeping in touch.

I like the parts that I get to customize my choices based on my preferences. The best upgrade is being able to have Ethernet socket in each room to plug cable directly if necessary. Buying a brand new house costs less than bidding and buying used house. No need to worry about plumbing issues.

Requires thorough inspection for construction defects.

Buying our new home with KB was so simple. Everyone involved with the process was patient, understanding and so helpful. My salesman Jorge was always available to answer my questions. Great job KB!

I bought the home while still living in California which was a challenge but luckily I had friends in San Antonio that filled in for me on some important dates the first was the walkthrough on my new home my friends drove an hour to meet with the employees from KB homes they pointed out a few things and we're assured that they would be corrected. On the second and final walkthrough my friends again drove an hour to meet with KB homes employees some of the things that they had pointed out during the first walkthrough were corrected others were not like the refrigerator door was dinged up scratched and was unacceptable they were told it was on order another thing that wasn't taking care of was the painting that was noticeable in the entryway of the home they were assured it would be taken care of another thing that was not corrected was the water pressure was still very low they we're told that it was the way it is because of the rain type shower head that was installed in the home. I moved in a week later my friends met me here at the house because they had my keys garage door opener etc and they pointed out the things that were needed to be corrected and hadn't been the next day I met with Juan the project manager who came to my home and I pointed out the things that should have been taken care of prior to my arrival he told me that it wasn't him that met with my friends it was his employee who I can't remember his name my friends told me that it was one and the other guy that they met with the second time I was told then that the refrigerator doors were on back order and that they would be arriving soon it's been 2 weeks and the second door just arrived when I looked at the packing slip it said that they were not ordered until April 13th which was after I got here there's still spots that need to be retouched with paint and I keep getting promises that someone will show no one has taken care of it since. I'm a little disheartened at the response that I'm getting from Juan who apparently is the project manager of these things I've also pointed out a few other things to one that are unacceptable and I keep getting another promise I just hope that these things will be taken care of before the warranty expires. I just noticed and reported to one that there's condensation in the study windows and he assured me that it was still under warranty and would make note of it. I understand that with new homes little things like this come up but I'm not getting the response from KB homes that I should be in my opinion. I don't want excuses I want action and they seem to have failed on that level. I also appreciate someone taking responsibility instead of blaming someone else again I just hope that this is all taken care of soon as I'm settling into my new home it'd be nice to not have to worry about warranty expiration dates and response from a project manager. ...
